I then asked if I could leave my number for them to call me back, and he said they wouldn't call. This is usually worsened since speed of food being brought out doesn't match how fast they want you to clear tables. Additionally, since it is always so packed, it is always LOUD, especially on the first floor. They offer upstairs seating (not accessible, I believe), which is quieter and little less packed whereas downstairs there are tables on top of tables downstairs. The Triple Ice Cream Delight was nothing special. It felt like ice cream scooped out of a container, not sure what I was expecting... However, for ice cream, there are better places with comparable prices nearby, so I would recommend skipping this option. The snow white mango juice with herbal jelly was tasty! For me, I felt it was a good portion for one person. I love coconut, so it was especially good. I wish the mangos were a little fresher, however, since they were a bit stringy. THE spot for post-meal desserts. I almost never go to the NYC locations, but in Philly, somehow my group of friends always end up here - whether it's 2018 or 2022.
