I just had a blueberry bagel with butter today, but I've had plenty of bagels, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast wraps, and hot/iced coffees. It's always all so good. The bagels are always nice and soft, just how I like them. Pricing seems very fair compared to other establishments. There are probably half a dozen tables inside and a couple outside if you choose to eat there. The folks behind the counter can usually find me well done bagels as I like them. The Bagels here are absolutely amazing, as good as their customer service. I walked in here and immediately was greeted by 4 people, welcoming me to their establishment, i felt like i was a important customer (which is how they treat everyone). All their bagels and muffins are fresh and delicious! As it was my first time here, it took me some time to decide on what I wanted and they were very patient with me and also recommended certain bagels i should try. I got the Blueberry Cheesecake Muffin, Jalapeno cheddar bagel, Everything Bagel and a Cinnamon Bagel...all with Scallion Cream Cheese as well as a cup of coffee. In fact, the majority of them have a genuine interest in knowing what they could do to improve their customers' experience. There are no bribes, no favors, no buying anyone off. I simply pride myself on the credibility that comes from writing honest reviews. Manhattan Bagel Company is one of the those businesses I've been writing about for a long time. It's also one of the businesses I patronize because it has consistently gotten better over time. I've always put them on top for their prized everything flat bagel which is a dream come true for any everything bagel fan. It simply cannot be beat. One of the things that I feel is essential to driving repeat breakfast business is running a good grill. Manhattan Bagel runs one of the better grills in town. Everything is made with fresh ingredients and is cooked to order. They've also done a nice job expanding their menu. Those of you watching your girlie figure can now order off of a "lighter side" menu, which goes beyond your standard offering of egg whites and includes healthier, thin-style bagel options so you don't totally have to give up your beloved bagel experience each morning. I'm so happy that this place is so close to my house! The bagels come out very fresh and I believe they bake them not boil. It looks like there is a huge oven in the back which is why I'm led to believe they're baked. They have at least 20 different bagel flavors and they even do lunch boxes. We've bagels from Manhattan Bagel before and they were good. We checked their website for a catering menu and found a nice selection. We placed an order for 20 people the day before the party with no issue. The sandwiches were a hit! The variety was great. From the Roast Beef to the Tuna Wrap, everyone enjoyed their choices. The salads and pickles were a great accompaniment as well. They do add condiments to the sandwiches which were very complementary but, if you are picky, I'd ask for them on the side.
