I was unexpectedly in this unfamiliar area & took a chance going here because I was short on time & really needed to eat something before getting on the road again. I ordered the "make your own" Tuna salad on semolina with lettuce & banana peppers and oh my goodness, I was beyond impressed with how fresh tasting & perfectly presented it was. The cashier was so very nice and so was the young man who prepared my sandwich. The store is immaculate and has a great menu. I was able to sit at one of the tables, instead of eating in my car, which gave me an opportunity to really relax & enjoy this meal. Highly recommend! read more

Stumbled across this place after passing by it multiple times on my way to and from work. On my day off I decided to come with my family. The shop is very cleaned and organized and the aesthetic gives me little town deli shop in Europe. The lady who helped us was very nice and she suggested some good options. There was another lady who also helped me when I requested the menu for catering for a party. The food options are plenty and the sandwiches were HUGE!! My husband and I could have shared. Prices are also decent and the gelato is to die for! Everything was so good. We plan to come back and bring family and friends. read more

The food is the best we've eaten. We had the fried raviolis, Uncle Tony, Hot Sally and Daddy Baddy on garlic bread. The sandwiches are so big and are so tasty. They're big enough to keep half for lunch the next day. I always forget to take a picture of them, but I did remember to take a picture of the gelato, which is also so good. This place is run by very nice and friendly people. We've been there twice and have been very happy with the food both times. I did the FD Italiano, and ok- my bad for not seeing it had mayo on there, but it really shouldn't. Ruined the entire sandwich. That said, I also ordered a sausage and pepper sandwich and that was great. Loaded with meat. We tried their vodka sauce and that was also spectacular. We did rainbow cookies that came prepackaged and were parve. They were just ok, I would not get them again. Just watch what you are ordering and you'll get the goods from this place. read more

Pete and his wife, Bianca, go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly. The deli is spotless, the atmosphere is warm, and the service is excellent. I ordered the MVP and every bite was unreal. The chicken was perfectly crispy, the sauces blended beautifully, and the fresh mozzarella tied it all together. We were cooking most of our food for an event but needed a chicken dish to round it out. We ordered a half tray of chicken franchese and it was absolutely delicious. Tender chicken, great flavor, and held up well on our sterno burner. The only constructive criticism I would add is to make the pieces smaller. These were full size dinner chicken pieces, which is often excessive when offering options for lunch. We wound up cutting each piece in half which was perfect. Had company over today and my daughter picked up the food for 6 of us - everything was delicious, prepared as requested, customer service beyond perfect- the place is beautiful and makes you feel at home - had tortellini salad East Gate, The Stein, Benevento , Bella Bianca Italian Heros , Fried Chicken Cutlets- the rating for these dishes would be too many stars to fit in this review.
