We purchased a used camper and took it here for repair. It was kind of a disaster. We asked them to…read morecheck the electrical system, replace the battery, and put in a new carbon monoxide detector. First, it took them 5 weeks. The battery went fine, but when we got home, a bunch of lights didn't work. Apparently, they didn't check the electrical system at all, but charged us for it. They also left the new carbon monoxide detector just sort of dangling from the wall because the screws didn't fit. We asked for our money back for everything but the batter and they refused, telling us we had to bring the camper back in to give them an opportunity to correct it, so we did. When we got the camper back, the carbon monoxide detector was installed upside down (an easy fix, but ... really?) and the protector that holds the electrical wires to the ceiling had been glued on very poorly and fell off within a few days. They also left giant grease stains all over our carpet. We called again, they asked us to bring it back a third time to have it professionally cleaned. I just refused and demanded a significant refund. Go elsewhere. Terrible service.

They are not transparent with prices no matter how much you ask them. Their labor is $180 an HOUR!! I even helped the old man out with the labor to make his job easier anything to make a buck in today's day and age I guess. I recommend rv doctor, roaming rv tech, or big guy mobile repair. Even if their prices are a little steeper, they get the job done the first time they come, and won't try to screw with you. Look at all the rest of the reviews of these people.

We've not eaten all day other than the complementary cookies & bottled water. We're basically being held hostage for something that should NEVER have taken this long. The service folks literally took our payment & ran out the door at 5pm ----- If that was not enough to dissuade you-- let me tell you about the environment-- it's disheveled, dirty & unorganized. There cobwebs on everything -- there's used parts in their "retail" area. The trailer we did look at was dirty & had not been detailed. There were still personal affects from the last owners. Supposedly it had "catastrophic" roof damage. We noticed no obvious stains or sign of any damage inside when buying this camper. We weren't able to see the damage because when we went to the dealership it wasn't on the property anymore. It was stated to us that it was scrap, only to find out this camper that we were told was only worth $1 has recently been registered, and now has temp plates according to the Weld County DMV. We did get our deposit back, but now have no camper, and left with our own opinion of what happened. Beware.
