Every single time it feels very rushed. When I ask for something a certain way, I am disregarded and not listened to :( Lots of steps that are supposed to be done aren't and get skipped every time I've been here. I've gotten poked many times and skin pulled when they remember to trim the cuticles. A pedicure from start to finish is done in 15 minutes, that's way too fast and very rushed. I've also noticed that the equipment is not really that clean and don't see it come from a clean box like it's supposed to. I'm sure it's been used on other people. One of the utensils used on me was dipped back in the water that my feet had been soaking in and then put back with the other utensils. It looked like they were "cleaning it" and then to be used on somebody else and not sanitized properly. I asked for my nails to be filed but not trimmed when they first started the pedicure and then asked again when it looked like they were going to start painting my nails. I was told repeatedly not to worry and that they would file them after they painted my nails.Usually that is done before, they only file a tiny bit after they've been painted for touchups. My nails were not at all even and very rough on the edges. They should have been filed before being painted like I had asked. I will not be coming back here again unfortunately. I don't believe anything will change. Im done being disappointed and hoping things will get better.
