Just looking through the case of all the amazing creation. Basically fancy donuts. One after the other. They also had a few savory items included. Didn't get any but they looked amazing. We ended up going with the bad bundles. Half dozen donuts and 20 piece staxx. Found out that's what people were waiting for when we walked in. Everyone was waiting for them to come fresh out of the oven hence the long wait. It did take a while for us but we were offered a cookie to try while waiting. It was delicious, I do recommend the ube cookies. After what did take a long while, we tried our fresh HOT box of staxx. Let me say, wow they were amazing and of course hot. Straight from the oven. Nice moist bread with a nice sweet glaze. I can see what the hype was about with them. Everyone in line for them. We didn't get a chance to try the donuts right away. By the time we had them, it had been sitting for a while. Still good but better if they were fresh from the start. It was good regardless and this place was great. Not a bad price and always a win for something to bring when I'm visiting someone or even potlucks! The service is pretty good, I've never ordered ahead so there's been a bit of a wait time depending on what time of day I get there. The store is small and not really a place to sit and eat. It's clean, bright!

The employee at the register was wearing headphones and counting cash when I walked in. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no effort to assist me. After repeatedly counting the money, he told me I would have to wait because he was about to clock out at 11:00 PM and needed to finish counting his drawer first. What concerned me most was that after handling cash, he immediately asked what I wanted to order. I requested that he wash his hands first. He refused, saying he wasn't going to touch the donuts with his hands because he would use tongs. Regardless, basic hygiene and food-handling practices should be taken seriously, especially when serving customers. At that point, I decided not to order anything and left. The entire experience felt unprofessional, unsanitary, and unwelcoming. It's disappointing to see a business operate this way. Management should seriously review customer service expectations and food safety procedures.

I used to love coming here as it is the closest donut shop to my residence. However, that was…read morebefore it was sold to a business owner who has employed their family in customer service positions and has no desire nor ability to coach their employees to provide better service. The gentleman who is always there seems intoxicated and has no business working in customer service. He says strange things and is extremely forgetful - in fact, the same day I stopped coming here, a man with his family had a confrontation with him. The worker's behavior always very off - not a personality thing, but appears to be a sobriety issue. In the aforementioned man's confrontation, the worker forgot multiple items and wouldn't make it right until the man brought it up, showed his receipt, and made the worker calculate the items which were bought - after the worker gave the man what he was owed, the worker failed to acknowledge their mistake and simply looked at the man with a blank stare. I had a similar issue and called the manager, who wasn't even on site. However, I didn't notice I was missing items until I drove home. The manager wouldn't even say "sorry about that" they simply said they would talk to the staff and that I should go back to pick up the items THEY failed to provide. I went back, and the same gentleman with the inconsistent, non-sober appearing behavior said he didn't hear anything from his manager and I had to call the manager AGAIN. If it isn't the poor behavior from the dude working there, the chick in the back with the sour attitude also fails every box of customer service. I'll never return. This was a great place when the original owner was running the show, now it's just bad.
