Yummy chocolate croissant. Have to get there early they run out of the good stuff. Also there is no where to sit so it's pretty much to go.

I had a really good croissant breakfast sandwich here. It was more of a cold sandwich than a traditional hot breakfast sandwich but it was very good. The donuts are fresh as well as the coffee. Super friendly staff we will be back. read more

I'm not from the Roseville area, but I recently had some minor surgery done at Roseville Sutter. I wanted to send the office staff some goodies as a thank you so I found Jasmine on Yelp. I place my order and submitted it and all went through. I made an error in the delivery time, 1:30 not realizing that is the time her shop closes. Jasmine was SO kind enough to give me a call to notify me of my error but that she would end up staying over so that my order could be delivered at 1:30! This gesture truly shows the character, professionalism and upstanding business woman she is and I am in awe of her! I would highly recommend her business with confidence because I know she goes above and beyond for her clientele. Very friendly staff. Donuts are okay. They get the job done. Currently on a journey to try all of Roseville donut shops to find the best and Jasmine donuts does not hit as good as the old Elk Grove donut shop I used to go to. So far Roseville's best donut shop is the Rocklin Donuts & Cinnamon spot. At Jasmine Donuts I tried a little of everything. Very unique that they have mochi donuts!!!! I was excited for that, but they did not taste as good as Bober Tea or Mochi Nut, so that was a bummer. Would come if I'm in the area but wouldn't go out of my way for Jasmine's Donuts. read more

Paid the higher price for them over getting cake assorted....got to my office only to have 50% of them cake donuts that I paid the higher price for. Disappointed. I feel tricked. Me and my little family would always come here for donuts for our kids, and never had a problem. We have recently went the past few days and just to start off the old lady was very rude to me and my 2 year old son, there was no greeting when we walked in only just stares and mean looks at us and then she couldn't even give me the correct pricing ? Then she gave my son attitude and basically raised her voice at him because he ran behind the counter and started playing with the toys on the counter... like i know he's not supposed to be behind there but there's other ways to handle situations especially when dealing with kids. And a few other times we go, she doesn't even tell me the price of the things and just says "pay right there"... customer service could be way better. Never going back to this place, and there's better places with better pricing. read more

I needed a quiet place to get some work done for a couple hours and there wasn't a Starbucks nearby surprisingly so I figured a donut shop would be the next best thing. Customer service was beyond rude, I had waited in line for 15min and once I got to the counter there were very limited amount of donuts. I asked for two chocolate bars to be filled, then went to ask for an apple fritter and the 2 men behind me had been getting taken care from another staff member and grabbed the last apple fritters as I was pointing to the girl for one. I was confused to why, then I didn't get one since I was ahead of them. I then said, "oh, I'm pregnant and really wanted one". Then she told me, "you'll be fine" , "it's fine." I was beyond baffled by this response ( thanks, assuming that would be ).... that is not what you say to a customer or someone pregnant and AHEAD of the other customer. Donuts are average, but as mentioned customer service needs to polished and worked on. One pointer is when it's a holiday make more inventory of donuts and don't take phone orders. Decent variety of donuts. I got a vanilla icing donut, cake style and regular style (not sure what they're really called). Both were delicious, the cake style one was the best, loved the texture and taste. The regular standard type donut was very light, fresh and great. I also ordered an old fashion donut, it was my least favorite. I didn't care much for it. The store was clean, nice, the worker could've been a little more pleasant but that's fine. Small mom and pop shop! Noticed it after being at the doggy daycare a few doors down. Got 3 donuts and cashier said 3.95 but my credit card text alert says 4.10 was charged. Came in at around 9:15 and plenty of options but I was sad there were no maple bars. read more

First of all, if you're not willing to get up early to get a good donut selection...don't complain if the selection is next to nothing by the time you get here! I set my alarm and arrived a little after 5am. Aside from waiting for the customer in front of me, there was no line. And the selection! From apple fritters to buttermilk bars, from old fashioned to cereal topped chocolate donuts. The only thing they didn't have was their croissants which I did want to try but the selection of donuts made up for that! I opted for half a dozen of my choice. I did ask for a Bavarian cream filled chocolate donut and a raspberry filled glazed donut, both of which she was happy to comply with-I waited while she went to the back to prepare the donuts. Total was $9.75, which was good, considering most of my selections were fancy donuts. Soft, fresh, just the right amount of filling.
