I ordered a new head unit for my 2009 Honda CR-V from Crutchfield, intending to install it myself. I realized after it arrived that even with the instructions included, it was a job beyond my skills. I went to another car stereo install place in Delray Beach where the guy tried to tell me it couldn't be done and tried to sell me another interface for the head unit. I called Manny who came out to my home the same day and installed the new unit. He set up his work table and a couple hours later had the new unit installed, and even added a backup camera that he had on hand. His wiring for everything is absolutely invisible! Manny is a true professional and he stands by his work. I brought a complete DVD touchscreen system with a 10 inch monitor for my Southern Comfort Edition Suburban back in March of 2013. I was very happy with his professionalism and knowledge but I did not immediately write a review as I wanted to see how Manny would conduct himself if I developed a problem after the install and "sale". Fast forward to today, I developed a problem with the interface of the radio with the steering wheel controls and the radio presets went haywire. I called Manny and he promptly came out and spent hours fixing the problem. He went as far as replacing the head unit with a new one and even installed a new interface. There are not enough words I can use to describe my satisfaction with Manny and the work that he has done. I got his name through google and was nervous to use an unknown person, but his excellent reviews persuaded me. Now I consider that Google Search my lucky day!! Where do I start? He was prompt and showed up EXACTLY when he said he would be here, pretty unusual these days. He gave me an excellent price to connect my DVD player to the roof and even when it took a lot more time because he was repairing damage done by the previous installer (from out of Florida), Manny still didn't change the price, in fact he gave it to me for a little lower than he originally said, and it took quite a while to finish up. MOST IMPORTANTLY, he was 100% honest. I asked him to install an Ipod interface and he gave me a fair price. However when he opened up the DVD connection he saw that by repairing the other problem he would be able to provide Ipod connectivity without installing a whole new interface, thereby saving me $200. I can't believe that he was able to do all this and for such a great price, and his honesty and work ethic can not be beat.
