Off to a great start already. THEN I showed up on install day, Ben (who I had spoken with on the phone) met me out in the parking lot, recognized my car, and came out to chat about the wheels and tire package without me having to explain everything over again. If you ask me, that's peak customer service, Ben knew me as a specific customer not just a random client. The prices were very competitive, the service was EXCELLENT, the turnaround time was quick, and I would 1000% come back, they have definitely earned my trust and my future business.

I know they can go there, and not be taken advantage of the way certain shops do as soon as they see a woman walk through the door. With these guys you never have to worry about that. They are a true, local small business. Prices are great. Service is even better - Definitely light years better than going to the dealer in terms of both price, service, & quality. Schedule my vehicle to be worked on at this Tire Kingdom after previously taking it to this…read morelocation. We were recommended to replace the sway bar, sway bar links, and the outer-tie rods on both sides of the vehicle. Mind you, sway bars are heavy large metal rods that connect both sides of the suspension/linkage to the vehicle and is all metal; very hard to bend it or damage it. I was skeptical to say the least. We called several times to confirm the SWAY BAR needed to be replaced; yes was the answer. I will test someone's integrity and truthfulness due to the society we live in today. I painted my old sway bar in certain places to test that integrity. Upon picking up the vehicle and inspecting, the sway bar WAS NOT replaced. I confronted the service rep and asked if the sway bar or sway bar links were replaced and he stated the sway bar. A mechanic who worked on the vehicle came over and showed me the sway bar links were replaced, and stated the sway bar was not replaced. I confronted the service rep specifically and then he changed his story and said the sway bar links. I was charged for almost 3 hours of service with 2 new tires and balancing, so I'm not mad about the time charge considering removing/mounting new tires and balancing takes some time. I am mad about the sway bar stating it was replaced. It literally takes 15 minutes to change both sway bar links, if even that. I'm disappointed in the rep that he was not knowledgeable in sway bar/sway bar links and not knowing the work being replaced or just dishonesty and not wanting to admit it. Sway bar links, outer tie-rods, tires, and balancing were all good though, so well-done by the mechanic. Disappointed with the service rep.

They recommended replacing all tires, I agreed. The manager, David told me ALL my lug nuts were damaged and said I would need to pay about $599 to replace them before they would install my tires. When I asked to inspect the lug nuts, the technician said only two needed replacement, which directly contradicted the David, the manager. After 5.5hrs of waiting and discussion, they installed the one replacement tire anyway, even though I never paid for the lug nut service and no lug nut was replaced. I left without the oil change I came in for and with serious concerns about the conflicting information I was given by the manager who was very unprofessional and condescending.

Today I had oil change, tire rotation and alignment done like I do every time its due. We'll everything is always do well until it comes to rotation of the tires. I always mark the rims (even a blind person can see it) so I know if they have been rotated. Well this is the third time I've taken it in fir service and the tires were never rotated but they assured me they were. They lie because every mark that I put is never wiped away or on a different side. So today I went back in the store after seeing the same mark on.the left rear tire (LR), Done with my finger in the dust on the rim. When I confronted the guy at the counter about it,he said let me go ask the technician who did it ,when he came back in(30 seconds), the technician said he rotated the tires bu they made a noise so he put them back where they were???? What kind of Bullshit is that???. The lugnuts still had dirt and mud on them. I dont know about but if you use an air gun to take the nuts off, I'm pretty sure the dirt will come off as well.I will never take my vehicles to them again. They have a bunch of children working for them that are afraid to actually work. Yeah my truck has big tires on it but if I pay for a service it should be done.
