Get there 15 min early explain what I needed done that they needed to be mounted and balance same tires that are on my truck So I wait ( 2hrs ). It's finally my turn grinding the gears on my truck to get it on the lift Jose leaves another manger come over and says Sir. We can't mount your tires cause you have spacers on your wheels but yet they mounted them like 2yrs ago. Waisted two hrs of my time.... He could have told me from the start!! I wouldn't go there again if they mounted them for free .... Doushebags ! Very very disappointing .... they shouldn't even get a star bastards

They had already resurfaced my rotors so thought maybe it was time. Nope! Just needed break fluid. They could have tried to sell me on new breaks but since they were not needed, they didn't. Then, since I used my Tires Plus card and asked me beforehand if using, shaved $100 off my price without me even having to ask. This is why I love them. I don't know, with some negative reviews, how our experiences could be so far apart. I go there without hesitation. I see the same workers that have been there for the long haul. And I do it on my own. But they make me feel 100% taken care of, looked after and to me, it's the best feeling. I don't go anywhere else. Why would I?

The same manager, Josh answered the phone. First time I called, I was put on hold for 13 minutes and forgotten. I called back and spoke to Josh and asked for Victoria. He said that there was no one that worked there with that name. I explained that this was the person that responded to my review, and he said he was sorry, but asked what could he do for me. I explained again, and he said that he could not help me. I asked for his manager or owner and he responded that he was the manager and again there was nothing he could do. So basically, given the opportunity to make things right and keep a customer, he chose to lose me and let this review to remain as is. Scheduling drop off was easy through their website. Had my battery installed within 90 minutes and easy customer service with any issues that could arise. The waiting room was comfortable and cozy with nice black chairs and a very clean bathroom. The mechanics were great and the manager was very friendly and helpful with concerns and questions that I had.
