We are moving to the area and remodeling our home. We looked online for local dealers that represent the appliance brands we are interested in (Sub-zero, Cove, Wolf) and wanted to understand their design services for kitchens and bath. We arrived at opening time - and the young man who opened the store explained that there was no 1 there who could address our questions. He took our info and assured us that someone would call. We told him we had limited time before we were leaving town - but he again assured that we would hear from someone to answer our questions. A week later and no calls. It's a shame - we really want to support local businesses - but cannot see doing our business here. We always try to support local business in the Keene, NH area, but our experience with PoshHaus has been dismal, and actually unacceptable. We have been trying to order a simple sink, with faucet for almost a month now and we need it done in order to complete our new countertops......the hours on the building are sooo confusing, the sales person just sat in a little desk in the far reaches of the display floor, and we walked unattended for about a half hour. Wow, wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. What a horror show. This place is all full fo liars that want to pass the buck. Crooked, dishonest, thieves. This was from another yelper and I could not agree more. This is the worst place in terms of blatantly lying to you. I don't even know where to begin but ill be brief. I ordered items 2-3 weeks ago. I did so bc the site said usually ships in 3-4 days. Well I called them since I ordered on a weekend just to see. They assured me they "spoke to the warehouse," and it was coming. Well this went on over email and phone calls with both "Jessica" and this "manager," for a couple of weeks. Mind you I would have ordered elsewhere and just cancelled but there were no options I saw bc I had already ordered from PATHETICHAUS. Well, I spoke to the manager a few times and was told everything was shipping out together bc I had two orders. He told me this at least THREE times. Well today he tried telling me same thing and I let him have it. He passes the buck like Jessica does. Then he told me it will be shipped out 9/15/20. then wanted to get me off phone and I made him contact the WH. Well, 20 minutes goes by and he says it is going to be longer and he will just refund me. This place is a garbage organization. Please anyone contact me personally and ill go into more detail. The owner like to respond to the multiple negative comments. Don't believe it. Bottom line is if you cant deliver something fine, let me know so I dont waste weeks. They lie to you to try and keep your money and all the idiots who answer the phone are in on the scam. TRASH. Bought some fixtures for my bathroom. Four weeks and I'm still waiting. I'm still holding out hope that it will arrive.

This company has had some of the worst customer care I have ever experienced. I needed to order a part so I called, gave them my credit card information, and after weeks did not receive anything, so called them back and they never processed my payment or placed my order. Second time, definitely frustrated, I placed the order again, and noted the charge to my card to make sure that the payment was processed. The payment processed just fine, and my order was going to take a bit to get to the shipping distribution, which was fine, I just asked that they let me know what the status was going to be on that. No one answered in shipping so they said they'd call me later to follow up. They did call me, but only to notify me that they hadn't gotten any information on the shipment of my order, and I never heard back from them after that. Three weeks pass and I call them back to find out where my part is for my toilet that was not working for a month and a half partly due to their negligence. They see that they refunded my order, without giving me any notification of it happening, and without any notes as to what was going on. After all that, I'm left having to go elsewhere for the product I was in search of. They probably do great with straight forward orders, but in my case they botched it. read more

I ordered a John Boos Classic Country 2 Shelf Worktable on 09/11/22 from PoshHaus via Amazon, with a promised delivery date range of 09/19/22 to 09/23/22. The "item" arrived on 09/19/22, but guess what? It wasn't the table I ordered. It was a letter from PoshHaus, stating inexplicably that my order "has been processed and shipped directly from the manufacturer," and also that "we expect your order to ship soon." This company appears to be engaging in ongoing fraud. Based on my review of its Amazon feedback over the last 3 months, MANY people have been complaining about the same exact issue I'm experiencing: that PoshHaus sends letters out so that it appears it has timely shipped and delivered items, when in reality it is not timely shipping and delivering items. If an item has not shipped yet, the appropriate course of action would be to inform the buyer that the shipment has been delayed. The inappropriate course of action, which is what PoshHaus has chosen, is to misrepresent that the item has shipped, and send a letter with a tracking number. Shame on you, PoshHaus, and Amazon.com. I cannot recommend enough that you should avoid this company and its dishonest business practices at all costs. read more

Company charges your credit card for items they say they have in stock... even though they don't actually have stock. Look up yelp and other review sites and you'll see that my story is more of a rule than it is and exception to a rule. Aug 3rd at 715am phoenix time. I called 844-438-7674 and spoke with "Tom". I told Tom that USPS showed my sink as having arrived by USPS but that I don't have a sink. He said "I think what happened there is that we sent you a letter telling you there's been a slight delay since we had to get the sink directly from Elkay. I was immediately suspect of this business practice where they say they have stock, but don't. I then looked back at the Amazon site to look at their reviews and find that there are at least a few people who are saying the same thing... ie... "merchant showed stock on an item but didn't actually possess or own the item and rather than shipping the item, said they contacted the customer to tell the customer that the item would be late". Tom says that he will contact his warehouse to find out when the item is supposed to ship and that he will call me back in 10 mins. Tom called back within the 10 mins and advised that the item will ship TODAY from Elkay in Illinois. He said that he expects the item to ship from Elkay to me directly via UPS or Fedex and that he will be able to send me a tracking number from them today. He said that it should take around 3 days to arrive, so it'll probably arrive on Friday. Tom asked for an email address that he can use for me to send a quick note right now and a second note later today with the tracking info. As of 30 mins later, there's no initial letter from Tom. Called Posh Haus at 837am on Aug 4 since I hadn't heard back from Tom on Aug 3 as he had promised. He had promised to send me an email on Aug 3 with a tracking number from Elkay for my sink that he said was coming direct from Elkay to me vs going from Elkay to Posh Haus and then to me. Spoke with a woman named Jessica and asked her for a tracking number for the order. She put me on hold for 5 mins to check on it. When she came back on the line she said that Elkay just told her that the item would not ship until mid-sept. I asked her to cancel my order since this is FRAUDULENT... they charged my credit card in July for something that won't even ship according to her until Mid September. read more

Just NO. I ordered a chandelier and a lighting hub on their website last month. After a week I noticed I had received no shipping confirmation. After a few more days I wrote them an email asking for an update on the status of my items, and received no response. Today I finally got a hold of someone on the phone and after looking up my order she informed me that the chandelier was in fact "out of stock". When I questioned this she said it was probably in stock when I bought it but there was another customer in line before me that got it first. On a scale of one to ten, PoshHaus gets a negative 5000. I had a nightmare experience with this store. To make a long story short, they promised delivery multiple times, and never came through despite promising specific delivery times. I ended up having to drive five hours round trip to pick up my item. Clearly, they lied multiple times (couldn't deliver because van broke, family emergency, and more). A lovely employee offered to meet me half-way so I wouldn't have to make such a long trip, but then was told by his supervisor that it would cost me an extra $100, then when I had already gone to the meeting point that he wouldn't be able to meet me until five hours later. I wish I have read some of these reviews that have been posted recently against Posh Haus. It looks like the last couple month's their customer service has gone down. I ordered a vanity online. The picture looked like it would work great in my newly remolded bathroom. I don't have anything bad to say about the vanity it's self. The PROBLE was the color didn't look like the picture online. We knew right away it wasn't going to work because the vanity was a greenish color . They had advertised this vanity as being grey. It clashed with my grey bathroom. We did contact Kevin from posh haus . We tried to see if we could work it out so we both could have a good experience. The one option was we could wait 7-8 weeks for another vanity. We thought that was to long considering we have three weeks tied up already with this vanity. We started the return process which Kevin from Posh haus made it so difficult. He wanted me to be responsible for the return shipping cost. Which I had numerous conversations with him explaining Posh haus should be taking responsibility in this matter. They blamed it on amazon for posting the picture of the vanity. I sent back the vanity. It was some how damaged in the return. I was only refunded $390 out of $785. Trust me the return was a night mare. We tried to do everything right with the return with lots of communication that got us no where. I have never been so disappointed with being charged $390 for nothing and I still need a vanity. read more

Had a very bad experience. We purchased a product from them on Amazon because they said they had it in stock (and still say it is in stock), and they said they would ship it in a few days. It turns out they didn't have any in stock and had no intention of shipping it by the date they said. Instead they shipped us an empty package with a generic letter saying there was as issue with the order (this seems to be their standard thing from their reviews). Amazon marked the product as having been delivered, which was incorrect. We wasted a lot of time discussing with them and they kept promising it was shipping tomorrow, but it never actually shipped. Then after we complained, they said they somehow canceled the shipment. Doesn't seem like they were ever going to ship anything. Purchased 3 Blu Bathworks vanities and integrated sinktops from PoshHaus and customer service was outstanding -- a rare find these days. The order was not without problems (though no fault of PoshHaus) -- Blu manufactures in Italy and the the vanities were extremely delayed, over 5 months. Throughout, our sales rep, Dan kept in touch and pressed Blu for updates and the owner, Rob, also got involved. When the vanities finally arrived, in two separate deliveries, PH delivered them to our house, twice! After all that, my contractor broke one of the sink tops (!) and PH couldn't have been more helpful in getting a new one to the site quickly. On Sept 5 I ordered a kitchen sink that I have been looking for for several weeks. No one had one in stock until finally I found posh haus and it was available so I ordered through Amazon. I was a little surprised that they gave me a long delivery date window of between Sept 13 and 17. I was a little concerned that they really did not have it so after ordering I called them directly and they confirmed that the sink was indeed in stock. On the 12th I recieved a notice that the item had shipped. I checked my credit card and it showed that it had been charged on the same date. I also recieved a tracking number. Nothing delivered by the 17th. So....this morning I called Posh Haus. Not shipped, none in stock, no idea when they would be. What a way to do business! So my sink search starts again. They said that my credit card has been credited but it has not shown up yet, probably another fight. Do not conduct business with this outfit.
