Their phone tree is terrible, and if you do press enough buttons to get to the location and department you want, odds are...it'll ring endlessly with no answer. I ordered over $18,000 worth of appliances from them. Paid in July 2025. Their delivery is abysmal. I was told it'd be first in the morning today....Just arrived at 4 PM. Their operations manager is an arrogant person, super unpleasant. Just a bad decision on my part to give them ANOTHER try. Everyone I've talked to asked WHY would you buy from them ?? 3 appliances were ordered from Cocoplum and when the delivery van arrived they saw septic construction in front of the house and didn't stop to talk to anyone at the home to find out if there was access to the house. There was access by a gravel drive. They had delivered a refrigerator by the same access a month ago. Cocoplum refused to bring appliances in to the house- they said they would drop them in front of the house. Cocoplum refused to delay delivery for a few days for the septic construction to finish up, We will cancel the order and order from someone who will deliver in to the house. This was a negative experience with an inflexible business!! never again! read more

I confess. I believed them when they said they service their products. I get that COVID has changed the way of life in Keene. I also get that repair folks are few and far between. I even get that we live a bit far out of town (this makes me want to scream). BUT, it has now been over two months since I first request repair. Other reviews are on point, the phone answering and general customer service is a little dicey. Calls are not returned. I even went to the store to try to find out if I even made it to the list if chosen ones who made the grade. We've been using Dinkbee's wash and fold service. I have purchased a couple of appliances from Cocoplum. They are a small local store that sits on lower Main Street in Keene. Their manager Anthony is friendly and accommodating. The female saleswoman is friendly and helpful. What I like about cocoplum is not being sharked the moment I enter the door by any pushy salesmen. If I go in to browse the employees will politely ask if I need assistance and will answer questions when I need. They may not be able to compete with the cheap large box store prices on all of their products but they carry a much higher quality of appliance and my purchase supports the local community. Side note: To the Yelp Below by Christie, you seem like a foul human being. To attack people based on smell and weight? Referring a manager as a town drunk? Claiming delivery men stole from your home? I'm sure had this been true you would have taken further action with having such courage to post hateful and insulting comments with your keyboard. You sound like a child making such rude remarks, undoubtably a miserable person. I hope you feel better now that you have put others down. I'm glad I don't own a store or I would tell people like you to take your business elsewhere. These folks are the best! I bought a dishwasher from them back in 2011...paid a fair price and was happy. I have just bought another, very close in features with a few upgrades...I couldn't be happier with the treatment I got as a customer and the price I agreed to pay. I didn't even feel the need to negotiate. I also bought a gas range and vent hood from these same folks last February...same thing, couldn't be happier! I did shop around for the new dishwasher before going to Cocoplum...next time I'll save myself the time and aggravation and just go directly to these folks! Good place to buy appliances, negotiated price. Staff pleasant and helpful. However repair end not good. Repair person misdiagnosed my problem as plumbing. Plumber brought in and accurately diagnosed the appliance problem. Then I had to get someone to repair it. Coco did not charge for visit but I ended up with two fees. Buy appliance here, look for independent repair when needed. read more

I highly recommend Cocoplum in Keene. I purchased an electrolux washer and dryer pair. I shopped around at the big box stores and couldn't believe the policies. The staff were quite informative, but the delivery and repair policies were not what I was looking. At one, they said that there weren't any repair people or replacement parts for two of the brands that I was considering. At another they said delivery and repair were not done through the store. At Cocoplum, they have repairmen and delivery people! The delivery was amazing! They removed old appliances, brought hoses, hooked in the steam washer and dryer, leveled everything, changed the door direction to face correctly, and no dents. Now the topper: Best Price!! It was a Memorial Day special. I had previously purchased a vacuum cleaner there. read more

Horrible customer service. First the hours on their website are wrong so I went to one location and found it closed. Drove out of my way to another location only to be treated in a rude and disrespectful manner. They acted like I was putting them out - and being unreasonable by wanting to know when they'd be able to do the installation. Left and went to a competitor where I found a higher quality appliance for less money and the promise to install in 3 days. So they are both expensive and terrible to deal with. Competent, courteous, and accommodating. After four years the fridge failed (obviously manufacturer's fault, not the dealer) and I was promptly given the assistance I needed. Anthony put me right in touch with the service manager who helped me diagnose the problem. Unfortunately repairing a failed sealed coolant system costs more than the unit is worth. I asked Anthony if he could "help me out a little," and he gave me an excellent price on a new unit there in the showroom to be delivered the next busines day. read more

Not sure what I was expecting when the manager is known as the town drunk.... the staff all smell HEAVILY of cigarettes, they were all smoking out front and I waited in a completely empty store for 8 minutes before they came back inside. The heavy set blond woman is one of the rudest people I have ever met, eating candy out of her desk, talking negatively about coworkers in an inappropriate way and rolling her eyes when I accidentally interrupted her to ask a question. Despite the rude and unprofessional in store staff, their prices were half way decent. Unfortunately the large man who delivered the appliances with a teenager reeked of BO and I believe may have taken change from a bowl on my counter and dvds, they scraped up the paint in my newly painted front hallway and then blamed the layout of my home (truly not the issue). When I called to ask about it the manager (Anthony Cormier) laughed and "accidentally" hung up on me twice. He said he would refund the delivery fee and never did. Take your money to Korvins, with the way the building looks Cocoplum will be oh of business soon anyhow. read more

I call it their no service department.Bought 10,000$ of appliances and they expect me to diagnose the problem,tell then the part I need,and then after many calls,they get back to me and say their service person makes his own appointments and will call me back at his convince . It's the week end,my appliance is leaking on my kitchen floor,no help available.I ran a service business for 30 years.this place hasn't a clue.Probably not the employees ,just a reflection of ownership !Makes me want to start an appliance store.Wish the owner had a beeper on the weekend like I carried for thirty years to service customers. read more

Totally concur with Larry P. from Keene. Service Dept is a joke. Problem with our gas cooktop - leaking propane. They suggested we call our gas company, who came out and diagnosed the problem for a fee. Bad cooktop burner valve. Called Cocoplum's told that to order the part, we needed to provide them a "complete" model # - we bought it from them, why wouldn't they have that information??? Anyway, moving on, told on Saturday by service dispatcher that part was ordered overnight would have on Monday and repair scheduled for Monday 2PM-4PM. We were skeptical, but hopeful. Call came at 1PM on Monday that package with part is "lost" and repair would not happen until after the holiday weekend. Asked for tracking number - they could not (would not??) provide one. Hmmmm....So, we have a cooktop, purchased from Cocoplum's that is under warranty and we can't get them to come to the house and do a diagnostic service call, we had to call our gas company. Now, it appears we are being told stories, that require a great amount of imagination. We will leave it at that. But, if I wanted to BUY a new cooktop today, I am sure they would have one that is not "lost." But to service one - forget about it! read more

the worst service appointment ever..had used them several times for repairs...when uour dryer went out we set up an appointment, 3 weeks out, the service was for a vacation house, we drove up 5 hours the day before and they called us to tell us they were overbooked and could not make the appointment. when i explained to them that we had driven 5 hrs just for this appointment could they move someone else around.their response was that they only serrvice appliances that they sell, even though we had already used them before and they said they could make it a week later...run as fast as you can from these stupid people read more
