I walked in and was greeted by many women with huge smiles on their faces. The atmosphere and vibe were that of a welcoming home. Somewhere you can come to relax and get pampered. My stylin hair dresser was kylene. She did wonders on my hair. This girl knows how to fade. They have sinks to wash your hair they can wax your brows. Basically, for anything that you need as far as cosmetology goes. Needless to say, this is where I am, and I will keep going to get my hair cut. I don't think I will be going back. cut was not out of this world and color well, it was a little off then what I asked for, but again, Its my fault that I didn't open my mouth and ask. I keep thinking, What the hell, but its a learning experience. my hair is thin and short, didn't come out anything out of the ordinary for the amount I paid. next time ask and be aware of the charges!

I finally decided it was time to get a haircut after doing a lot of research I finally settled on visiting Demetria @ the Jagged Edge. Not only is the jagged edge conveniently located close to me, I was confident in Demetria's skills after viewing many photographs of her work. I have long, thick and curly hair and Demetria made sure to not rush me through my appointment. She listened to everything I wanted but she also made sure to give her professional opinion as to what would really look good on me versus not. She will make sure you don't leave the salon looking nothing less than perfect. I will definitely be going back to her. Thanks again Demetria for making me look fabulous for my anniversary weekend!

As for my visit, I was sent on a mission to find a special cream for my tweener granddaughter and a light facial cream from Lancome for my wife Despite being primarily a ladies store, they do offer some men's products as well. In the back corner you'll find all the fragrances for both men and women, but otherwise many of the men's products are blended in around the store. The service here is exceptional and they do have deals posted at the door, including a QR code. Unfortunately, on my visit, they didn't have either of the items I was looking for, but they said that they could order it and ship it directly to my home. However, I heard they were offering a 20% discount the following Friday so I opted to bring the wife the following week since we live close by. Ulta definitely has the right formula with salon space, selection, and service. The informative photos included prove it.
