We felt out of place and uncomfortable enough that we left shortly after. If this had been disclosed upfront, we would have never booked. This felt like a bait and switch.

They claimed this was due to the credit card not processing. When I called from the airport, I was told, basically, too bad we had others waiting for the room. I had to put up a fight, as you might expect. Had I not put up a fight, I would have been out of luck. In the end the desk clerk realized the horrible mistake he had made and made everything good. I like the location. Easy walk to dozens of restaurants. I had a 10th floor room on the intercoastal waterway side. Great view and comfortable room, although the rooms are very dated. Restaurant in the hotel is fantastic. I love the laundry machines in the room. That made keeping it close clean a breeze.

Each time I return, I can see upgrades to the resort that continue to bring me back. Two pools, a hot tub and beautiful greenery all around. My spa experience has been consistently excellent. Michael is five stars and always gives a great massage with pressure designed for you and will add in stretching when asked. Not just a two minute stretch but 10-15 minutes! Drew is so committed and in the moment, that nothing else exists but that tiny part of the universe. Carlos and Tony at the desk always welcome me in it's just another part of why this place feels so comfortable.

Luckily the staff was attentive and fixed the issue after some time. If I could offer any feedback on our experience, it would be to put some key essentials in the room. We had a full size kitchen but there were no paper towels, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, sponges, or even basic things like salt and pepper. The bathrooms too didn't have hand soap, an adequate amount of body wash, or even a place to hang towels. Another concern I plan to mention to management was the fact that people were throwing things from the rooftop lounge down onto our balcony, including straws, drink stirrers, food and, worryingly, a knife. If anyone would have been sitting on the deck when the knife was thrown it could have been a major issue. In the end, the room was absolutely breathtaking. With a few improvements it could be even better. Overall 4 stars. I could see myself returning in the future.

We arrived in the evening, and check‑in was quick and easy. I let the front desk know about the second reservation under my husband's name, and they added a note to the file. I also received a small bag with two complimentary waters. Be aware that the hotel charges additional fees for early check‑in, and parking is $10 per day. You'll need to scan a QR code to register your vehicle. The property is not near the ocean, so there are no ocean‑view rooms. Our room (506) had a balcony overlooking the parking lot. The carpet looked newer, and the bathroom was a good size with a spacious shower. However, there was some peeling paint on the ceiling, and the bathroom water had a yellow tint, which I'm not sure is typical for the area. The bed was firmer than I prefer, though my husband found it comfortable. The pillows were not great, but the front desk quickly provided firmer replacements when I requested them the next day. During checkout of my reservation, housekeeping stopped by to confirm whether we had vacated the room. Once my husband explained that we had another night booked, they were satisfied. Checkout itself was smooth--the young woman assisting us was kind, patient, and even printed our luggage tags. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and parking was easy. One thing to note: the main lobby is not connected to the lodging buildings.
