I found this nail salon at the last minute because I was in the area and had two broken nails that needed to be fixed. And this location was convenient for a last-minute. There is a small parking space out front, not an oversized lot, but enough parking for the businesses. The sign you can see from the street is the display, and it's big on the building. I was lucky to find a spot right in front. I was greeted when I walked in, asked what services I wanted, and asked to tap the iPad and fill out my information. It's spotless, but no seats are to the left or right. Except for three chairs at the little nail bar, I sat there for a few minutes. I was offered a drink, which I declined. But they had a few selections on the menu. I would get only a manicure, but I opted for their green tea, which I think was a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure and massage was great. She was very detailed and didn't talk much other than make a few gestures to move her feet or hands, which is fine. I had a lot going on in my day, so I enjoyed the quiet. The guy who did my gel nails was very detailed as well. And the same goes for him but nonetheless they were polite. there was not much chatting, which, again, I enjoyed. They take their time, so you should point that out beforehand if you are rushing. The staff all seem polite but talk among themselves. The decor is spotless and organized. There is a TV on the wall. I didn't take before or after pictures, but it was a simple manicure and pedicure. UPDATE : The manager reached out to me personally and TRULY made the situation right. It's not often you find a business take full accountability and offer apologies, understanding and action. Heather's professionalism alone made me open to visiting this salon again. They have such beautiful work in their gallery and I honestly believe it might've been just an off day. My usual place was closed and decided to try a new place. I got gel x and was burned several times which I can look past but my tech completely rushed my nails. He cut me multiple times and I'm not sure if you could tell but my French tip on my hands were all slanted to one side and thicker on one side. My nail decal isn't even straight and my pedicure is super messy too. I paid $236 dollars for THIS. You read that right. I will say the front desk employee was extremely kind . At one point I had 4 employees standing around me looking at my nails talking and laughing and not in English it was so uncomfortable, I can't believe I paid so much for such a mediocre job, also hate when they don't do my pedicure separately because my nail tech had me turn off my massage chair for the entire service. They may be busy and speak in a foreign language abruptly in front of you, they will take care of your nail needs. This was my first time and here are the positives... The soft and unique music, the comfortable massage chairs that you sit in to get a pedicure, the efficient workers, the complementary bar that they provide, the efficiency of service from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out and the good lighting. They should improve- The pretty lights are a little tacky but it's clean inside. My technician wore a stupid mask while doing a simple produce and only spike to his colleagues in his foreign la gauge around me. It was very uncomfortable for me. He didn't smile and seemed miserable. His massage was firm and good but my 20 minute timeframe was actually 19 minutes. He slapped my leg and pointed to the clock. So bad! He didn't paint the nails completely and the sweet manager, Heather, came over to complete that process perfectly. I'm grateful for her being kind. Added Joni's/ I asked for an unsweetened vodka drink and they (yes I had more than one after being there for 2 hours) were amazing. The gal who made it was stellar. I have been searching for a go-to nail salon for so long. This shop opened up a little over a month ago and I can't get enough of this place! It is very clean and open. They have created a relaxing atmosphere with music that is upbeat/trendy, but not overwhelming. The nail techs are welcoming and have very friendly conversations. My dip nails are strong and do not break like other places I've visited in the past. Going to get my nails done is one of the few times I'm not in front of my computer working, so I appreciate the overall experience! The full bar is the icing on the cake.
