Worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. Stay away from this company! I ordered the wine bottle for my in laws anniversary. Order date was 8/16. On 8/29 I asked for the status and was told the shipment was delayed. I asked for a refund and disputed the charge with Paypal because Mano's hadn't even shipped the wine. Within an hour of me making the dispute lo and behold a tracking number is sent to me from Mano's...that's funny cause the bottle wasn't even made yet. Then the bottle arrives on a Saturday, which is insane, because when you purchase the item Mano's tells you delivery has to be to a business between normal business hours M-F. Actual item arrives finally on 9/11...and it is etched poorly, like super poorly, see the "9" in the date in the picture. I ask for them to fix it and send me a new one and they email back saying they will. On 9/22 with no tracking number and no shipment created I had finally had enough. I asked for a refund and Mano's wines responds immediately and tells me that they will refund the money. Today is 10/3 and there is still no refund. The only reason I might even get a refund is because I called paypal and argued nonstop. read more

Received an email on Friday the 23rd, where Leah asked which bottle and I responded immediately as I was hoping to get a gift order for my son's 30th but Leah didn't respond back until today the 28th, leaving me no time to even think about this being a possibility. I ordered a bottle for my son's graduation in December 2025. When it came, I did not open it and wrapped it. He opened it on his graduation day (from the University of South Carolina) and it was a Steelers bottle for a family of season ticket holders. I emailed the company and they responded within 24 hours and had a new bottle made and shipped to my house within a week. GREAT customer service! They did not ask for the Steelers bottle back and while we are not Steelers fans, we are keeping the bottle for a great conversation piece and a good laugh. 3/19/25 Don't be in a hurry to receive your purchase. Placed an order on 2/17/25 and still I am waiting to get a ship date. If the items weren't gifts, I would cancel. Customer service has been super vague with only saying they're running behind due to many orders, but how far behind they won't say. Really disappointing to see they are shipping replacements for leaking bottles while I am waiting for an actual ship date after a month. The original ship date promised was March 6, but they took my money Feb 18th. UPDATE: 3/20 I received notification that my order shipped. I received a confirmation email for the order. On April 15th, I received an email indicating they have shipped and the FedEx tracking number. Today, April 17th, the wine arrived safely packed and the bottles are beautiful! (Shipped from K.C. To Arizona). I started to worry after reading some of the reviews posted here that the wedding wine would not arrive on time, but their website was spot on. I ordered a bottle of wine for a Christmas present on November 18th. I waited until two weeks before Christmas and reached out to see if my bottle had shipped. The only way you can communicate with this company is through email. They do have a phone number but they never answer it. It took them a week to reply with a message saying they could not make what I requested due to copy write issues. Okay, I understand but were they ever going to let me know. They had no problem charging my credit card the full amount on the day I ordered the bottle. So I requested a refund. It too two weeks for them to respond after multiple emails and messages to their answering machines. Terrible customer service. Mano Wine Co does not reply or respond to emails or phone calls very quickly. Everything takes at least two weeks. Very frustrating. Ordered one month ago and was told the order would ship in 7-10 business days, inquired with an email after 14 business days and was told that they had construction on their street and couldn't get orders out . . . When asked why the delay, she stated it was because of a heat wave in the area . . . I couldn't get to yelp fast enough to write this review! Mano's wine is by far the best establishment I've ever worked with. I saw their KU championship bottles online and had to get my hands on one. I was flying in to KC on Thursday, so I called up Mano's earlier in the week. They said they didn't have the bottles available at the storefront yet, but sweet Kaylin worked her magic and snagged me two of them. Truly the best customer service - they will go out of their way to give you a 5 star experience and the entire staff is amazing. On top of that, they have a great deal - if you buy one of their etched bottles, you get a bottle of their tasting wines for 50% off! So now I have a bottle of Rosé (for $8, I might add) that I'm so excited to try. This is my new favorite wine spot in KC by a landslide. I ordered an Eagles bottle of wine September 9th. After sending several emails asking when my order was going to be shipped, I was told that the equipment used for etching the Eagles bottles was damaged and that multiple orders had to be redone. I asked why it took for me to send so many emails to be told that and why a courtesy email wasn't sent to the customers.
