This people are a joke! They didn't even have the decency to call me back to tell me they couldn't have the registration of my vehicle done. I understand they needed more paperwork but they didn't call me or let me know when i called to find out if it was done. It was a complete waist of time. When I got there, I couldn't even find the place because it looks like a bodega. Then a guy greeted me and told me it's $79 dollars. I told him that I called and the lady told me it would cost me $30, he says " $29 for the plates and we charge $50. So total $79" what a rip off. Came here Nov 12 after being frustrated with the wait of the DMV. Actually read reviews prior to calling and was nervous about how much it would be for me to get my car registered, plates, and title transfer. Turned out to be under $300. I came with all my costume ya ready my license, my official title, my insurance and I was in and out within 30 mins. I called Thursday nov 19 and was told they would either call me to pick them up after 4 or I could come Friday after 4pm. It took exactly 6 business days and I walked out with my plates and registration Friday at 4:20pm. I have to wait an additional two weeks to get my new title. I am very pleased with the service and the professionalism. I would highly recommend anyone who doesn't want to go through the whole drop box thing they are doing at the DMV if you have a out of state title and need to register. The day I decided to use this companies service I arrived back home to the same documents I sent to the DMV over 3 weeks. It may be more expensive then the DMV but I have already waited a month and I've been paying insurance. Had I decided to go along with this company from the beginning my car would've been on the road already. read more

so unprofessional. I specifically told them to put my name and my wife's name on the title but when the title came in it was only my name on it. i went to their office they took copy of my id and and my wife's id, told us that they will call us the next day. Three days passed by and still no call so I called them to ask about what's going on, they put me on hold for 15 min without even informing me and after 15 mins tells me that I have to pay $100 if I want the title done the right way. they would never accept their mistake and correct it, instead they will try to put the blame on you. disappointing experience. read more

She said 7 to 9 business days. So the next dat I took the train walk 4 blocks. Only 3 people where to what I was doing. A girl ask me if she can help I said I needed to register a car. So said no problem she want to her desk pull out 2 or 3 forms not sure. Ask for insurance card n driver license she made me sign a couple of forms. She simply added everything up to me what everything cost including there fee which is cheap. I pay her. I was in the store for 15 minutes tops After I got my receipt I ask how long to me 7 or 9 business days an it came in 8 business days. It's that simple I don't understand what people want. I'm here for a service and the people here are coughing & sneezing and I spoke to a supervisor if they can open the doors to circulate the air due to the Corvid-19 virus that is affecting the world, the supervisor first Denied She was a supervisor then asked what can she help me with, when I addressed the situation she replied that she will take care of it. 1st she lied about being a supervisor after being identified by staff that she was. 2nd she never took any action to rectify the safety issue of every one's health. i don't have time to go to the dmv to return some old plates (just plain lazy )and my friend who lives in the astoria area gets his car insurance business here and told me that they do dmv services for an extra fee if you prefer not to wait on a dmv line .it's your basic hood muti service insurance and tax storefront that caters to many in the area who are not english as a first language savy. most yelp reviews are in my opinion are tripping about the prices and that dmv does not charge for plate returns which is true so don't bitch and moan and go wait on line and zip it. i went in told the gal i needed my plates returned , paid the 30 bucks got a receipt got a business card and was out the door in less then 5 minutes . in my opinion these types are places are needed when time and being lazy are combined . read more

Meh. If you can't make it to the DMV then it's convenient enough. However, it's incredibly over priced the sign they have is misleading. $327 at least for registration which leaves me estimating the fees they take to be greater than $200. Come on guy. Not to mention I waited exceptionally long when I came the second time to pick up due to their botched work and miscommunication. 2 stars because they are friendly people.
