First and foremost, the owner Max is a very down to earth guy, and not straight to business as usual. I appreciate that as many businesses only care about making money and don't care about how the customer is doing. Max is happy to offer his helping hand no matter what issue you're experiencing. On top of that he explains everything in detail, and asks questions as well. If you need anything DMV related and don't wanna deal with the DMV, this is your spot. If you need auto insurance as well, this is your spot.

I had a babysitter and took the afternoon off from work to get this done. I called the number and a person told me someone would call me back. A person named Clara called to tell me no one would be there. I said to Clara I wanted the service for free since I would have to do it on another day... babysitter and possibly take time from work again. She hung up on me! Ha seriously stay away if you like sanity. Oh and also, this company is just a tiny cramped rented room among a bunch of other businesses in a weird building on Northern Blvd.

My instructor Jeannette was calm and patient and was able to provide great feedback after our lessons. Today I passed my road test on the first try and could not be happier!
