I have received exceptional care from Alex in dealing with left hip pain. She is compassionate,…read moreprofessional, respectful and encouraging. Alex listens carefully to my concerns and makes modifications to my treatment based on my feedback. During the week, I am able to communicate with her via email. She also corresponds with my orthopedist to keep him abreast of my progress. Through diagrams and computer images that she shares with me, I can better understand and relate to my pain. I have achieved my two goals; standing from a seated position and falling asleep with no hip or leg pain. I highly recommend Kenny, Reynolds, & Associates Physical Therapy for a personalized approach to gaining back mobility and living a more engaging life. I would be remiss if I did not give kudos to the ladies at the front desk for the smiles and kindness always shown to me. Thank you also to Tilley for greeting me at the door with a wagging tail and sweet demure! You are all the best!

During the approximate six month period of my program I experience more progress than any other therapy I have experienced. I can not say enough to express how much I appreciate her dedication. The office staff was always polite, efficient, caring and competent. I highly recommend Reynolds for any therapy service.

Run (or hobble) away from CORA…read more In short, the therapists are not skilled for serious problems. I will never go to CORA again. And I recommend staying away. I had a therapy session at CORA 3 weeks after surgery for a ruptured Achilles tendon. Here are all the problems in one session. (1) The front door is heavy and is difficult for someone in crutches. (2) I had to fill out a questionnaire on an IPAD that was for a different type of injury. They apologized but had me fill out the long form standing up while I was on crutches. They claimed that it was to measure my progress, but that was nonsense. They way you measure progress is by measuring the range of movement of my foot side to side and up and down, which they did not do. (3) The waiting area has seats that are linked--think waiting for a plane at RDU. I could not elevate my leg. They told me to come 15 minutes early, so I waited uncomfortably for 10 minutes. (4) When I went back to the therapist, she had me sit on a table with my leg dangling. Eventually, I had to tell the therapist that this position was detrimental to my injury. (5) The therapist gave me no exercises for my injury. After my session I researched the recommended exercises for someone 3 weeks after Achilles surgery and I found several exercises. When I went to Duke Physical Therapy at Meadowmont, 5 days later, they presented me with the exercises I found in my research. (6) Also, when I went to Duke Physical Therapy, they observed how I used the crutches they even had me use stairs. They instructed me on a better way to use the crutches to navigate stairs. The therapist at CORA did not do any of this.

When I was moved closer to her for another treatment, I asked her to leave because her coughing was spreading germs all over the place. She made a sarcastic remark. I immediately left, went to the front desk and canceled the rest of my 36 appointments. A business that lets sick employees amongst its customers, many elderly, should be avoided. BTW, the treatments I received were great by the therapists.

However, OPT on Ligon Mill Road in Wake Forest tops them all! Olivier and his staff were recommended to me through a home PT after a full knee replacement. Adding to this surgery were complications from Vertigo as well the right knee in the same shape as the pre surgery left knee was. My appts have been on time, positive mental attitudes from all staff members, along with just the most friendly professionals, and very knowledgable. Full knee replacements can take a lot of time, patience and work. Having such trained pros helping us to recover, heal and strengthen without overdoing it - makes all the difference! I know what I am going to be going into with another full knee replacement coming up, but with the care of OPT I am ready to schedule the next. Thank you all for the incredible first rate patient help you give all your clients!
