We wanted the pre-made ones. We walked around the store observing the large array of fresh seafood, looking for the lobster rolls. We found the live lobsters , with someone holding one. Fun! Throughout the entire interaction, it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff simply by asking questions. Customer service was extremely disappointing, and the rude treatment completely ruined what should have been a straightforward shopping experience.
