The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Natasha, and from that point on, she completely changed my outlook on the whole experience. Natasha walked me through every step of the tuxedo rental process, patiently explaining my options and helping me choose a look that fit well and made me feel confident. She has a great eye for style and genuinely cared that I looked my best. But her outstanding service didn't stop there. I also needed something to wear for a beachside pre-wedding party and had planned to shop somewhere else. Natasha suggested I take a look at a few options first. She helped me put together the perfect outfit a stylish linen jacket paired with comfortable jeans and it looked fantastic. She made the decision easy, and I'm so glad I listened to her recommendations. In less than two hours, Natasha turned what I thought would be a stressful, dreaded shopping trip into a fun and rewarding experience. Customer service like hers is rare these days. This location has a lot of merchandise, organized and friendly staffs . They have 2-3 cashiers but the line moved slow because of many customers and the popularity . Now it is closer to Mother's Day and they have some pretty cotton tote bags for $15 and some perfume for $35 . A section with many Kate spade purses are on sale for 75 % off . I like to come early on the weekday morning so that I don't have to wait for a fitting room . All the merchandises are restore nicely in the morning. Enjoy my shopping at this Norstrom rack. It is very convenient for me to pick up my on line item here and do not need to drive to Palo Alto or west San Jose.

Most recently I stopped by on Monday & Tuesday of this week. The kids & men's stuff is downstairs, then women's stuff upstairs. They've got fair deals on shirts, sweats, hoodies, pants, underwear, and other stuff too. H&M's quality of their materials I like as well. As long as their pricing stays fair, I'll keep coming by.

When I finally got to a register, I pulled up the order bar code from the email I received and they found my order and I went out right away. I did have to come back to return my order and again, I went on a weekday and although 3 registers were open, they were all busy with complicated transactions or returns. After I finally get up there to do my return, I didn't have a bar code but they were able to find my order on my account and easily did my return. That part didn't take too long. I don't know why I still come here. Last time I bought something, went to self checkout, and found out the security alarm was still on when I got home, even after I thought someone removed everything. This wasn't the first time it happened at this location. To avoid coming here again, that time I went to a different location to have the alarm taken off and had no issue. I really don't see the point of self checkout at this location as others said. It provides no benefit here and is not that much faster, as you still have to go to another counter to get alarms, security tags and whatever the hell else removed. Plus they want proof of receipt/checking your items here. Today, I figured I'll give it another chance, but when I tried to pay with the cashier to try and avoid any mishaps, the lady says they don't have any bags. I was thinking like what the hell? You're a store, how can you not have bags? I told her I didn't want the item any longer and walked out. This was the last and final straw. Too bad, I'll have to stick with other locations. This location doesn't seem to care about helping customers or doing their job properly.

I walked back to the fitting room and politely reminded her. She said, "Oh yes, I'll open it now." I went back and waited another five minutes, and once again, no one showed up. It was very frustrating because this was an emergency for my child. In the end, we had to leave the store without making our purchase. I understand that restrooms may need to remain locked, but when an employee tells a customer they will open the door, they should follow through--especially when a child urgently needs to use the restroom. I hope customer service improves so other families don't have the same experience.
