This location has a lot of merchandise, organized and friendly staffs . They have 2-3 cashiers but the line moved slow because of many customers and the popularity . Now it is closer to Mother's Day and they have some pretty cotton tote bags for $15 and some perfume for $35 . A section with many Kate spade purses are on sale for 75 % off . I like to come early on the weekday morning so that I don't have to wait for a fitting room . All the merchandises are restore nicely in the morning. Enjoy my shopping at this Norstrom rack. It is very convenient for me to pick up my on line item here and do not need to drive to Palo Alto or west San Jose.

Most recently I stopped by on Monday & Tuesday of this week. The kids & men's stuff is downstairs, then women's stuff upstairs. They've got fair deals on shirts, sweats, hoodies, pants, underwear, and other stuff too. H&M's quality of their materials I like as well. As long as their pricing stays fair, I'll keep coming by.

Prices overall is lower than retail (sign said 20% off for clothing) but definitely not like 50% off. I N S I D E It does smell funky in here. Not sure what it is but it's funky. I walked in and went directly to the line for the registers as I didn't know how else to pick up an order. It said there's a designated spot. I saw a sign but not really a place to line up. S E R V I C E I did wait a bit in line as there wasn't many folks shopping the day I stopped by. It was a weekday. When I finally got to a register, I pulled up the order bar code from the email I received and they found my order and I went out right away. I did have to come back to return my order and again, I went on a weekday and although 3 registers were open, they were all busy with complicated transactions or returns. After I finally get up there to do my return, I didn't have a bar code but they were able to find my order on my account and easily did my return. That part didn't take too long. O V E R A L L Old Navy is a place I used to shop a lot as a teenager due to the deals. I find myself not gravitating to it as often as other stores but when I see a deal and cute items, I will shop here. It was easy to order online and do a store pick up. Unfortuantely wait times can vary and can cause an easy 5 minute stop to become 15-20 minutes. Again not too bad but wish it could be faster. I will definitely utilize this store in the future due to the proximity and the easy parking, but unlikely to often shop here.

They sell whole bunch of stuff, kitchen ware, medical stuff like masks, splints, pads etc. It gets REALLY cold inside, no heating whatsoever so make sure you bundle up so you can enjoy shopping. They also have small appliances, dresses, tiles, and more. I think it's a family run business. Everyone is super nice and helpful. They accepts cards for payment but cash is king here.
