Grew up going here and had to get out. Something went down hill and they resulted in me needing 2…read moreemergency crowns (elsewhere) after they failed doing my cavity fillings, killing the teeth in 2024. They always drilled way too deep, it hurt my skull and I was super numbed up. This place is the reason I hate the dentist now as an adult, fillings shouldn't hurt that much. My sister also had a cavity filling that resulted in a root canal from here, and my mom has two root canals after getting fillings from this place. Genetics is one thing, 5 root canals within a 3 year time frame directly after fillings is a pattern of malpractice. The staff is nice, but its not fun when you're crying from pain calling the dentist a week later. They will transfer you to the dentist within telling you they are off the clock and he says "Why are you calling me about this now on holiday?" Maybe don't have your employees forward customer phone calls if you aren't willing to take them seriously and make them feel inconvenienced for being in pain caused by this place.

I called the practice and the office manager who took my call was very rude. The individual kept talking over me with condescending tones. Without taking any of my info, this manager told me right away the procedure was done because I had "severe bone loss on my teeth". Where did the "bone loss" come from as the person didn't even ask for my name or claim number? It was by then the person realized that she needed to take my info and look at my visit notes as opposed to making up an excuse for the code they billed. It was a frustrating experience. I have to deal with surprise billing and got yelled at by their staff. Also, the manager insisted she overheard the hygienist informing me it was not a tooth cleaning when I sat in their chair getting the procedure. I'll leave it for you to judge whether this statement is true given my visit was about a month ago with only me and the hygienist in the exam room. I would caution you to be careful when choosing your dentistry. Hope you won't learn the lesson in a hard way like I did. It's unfair to make the patient take a financial loss in the name of "for the best of your health" without informative decision consented by the patient.
