Moved and needed a place closer to home. Had a few people recommend here and they took my insurance so gave them a shot. First visit I was impressed with how sanitary they keep it. No water fountains to spit your mouth wash out in, everything wiped down before and after patient. Really made me think about my previous treatments at other establishments... during this visit they discovered a bunch of cavities my previous dental hygienist missed so took care of those in two other visits. Since then just one small one which was more of a lets take care of it type of deal. I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy looking up at the lights... each area has different pictures, I recommend some winter ones being the skier I am. I really enjoy going to my Dentist appointments because of the nice welcome I receive from everyone. Everyone is happy, smiling and eager to assist me starting at the Office Associates all the way to receiving the Best cleanings from all the Hygienists. They all know their jobs very well. I especially like my Dentist Dr. Katz who sees me after my cleaning. Dr. Katz really shows how much she cares about my teeth by examining all my teeth at every appointment. I had a small chip on the bottom of a tooth from when I was a lot younger and I mentioned it to her and after a quick consultation on the spot she buffed it and now it looks nice and smooth. She's wonderful. I also love her Dental Assistant Amneris. She has assisted Dr. Katz in a procedure with me before and I was extremely impressed with her ability. I have been coming to Dr. Amy since I was a kid and everyone in the office is like family to me. Amelia has been my dental hygienist for many years. I've been going to Dr. Amy for a few years now, on a recommendation from my mom. I don't have dental insurance, and while this office is not the /cheapest/ available in the area, it is definitely the best. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and won't make you feel ridiculous for your dental fears. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dentists, and I've had to have a ton of work done over the last two years, but these people make it okay. I can't imagine going to anyone else. :) read more

I love this female practice! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Amelia always cleans my teeth; when I found out she was not going to be working on my appointment day, I changed my appointment. She's a fun conversationalist, yet thorough and professional. She covers all the medical issues prior to moving on to check and clean my teeth and tells me I am a "model patient." They always comment on my purple clothing and accessories that I wear on purpose, to give them a lift, so it's a mutual admiration society. Often if I need a minor procedure, either Dr. Amy or Dr. Katz will fit me in right then and there which is such a big help to a working woman. read more

First, let me say that the only reason I changed dentist was because the one I had retired.I never had an issue with my teeth with him. My first time with this office was a positive experience but thereafter, once they had my money things went downhill very fast. I was told I had two cavities in the rear of my two front teeth, upon a visit later that week to my orthodontist, he xrayed me and found no cavities present. When this was addressed with her office at the next visit they said that they must have just made a mistake as they had not even xrayed my two fron teeth which was why I had concerns. Upon furhter visits with this office, the dental assistance were pleasant but the office person at the front desk was very rude, but pleasant if the MD was around the front desk. I then had to have a cuople of crowns done. Well, this soon became a nightmare. The crowns were not fitted appropriately and sooon I ended up with another surgery in my mouth due to the mistake. I was constatnly biting the inside of my mouth and make constant complaints to the office about how cut up my mouth was an my food was not beign chewed correctly. The Dentist then began to blame all my other oral rpoviders, saying that it was their mistake. Seeing as I take excellent care of my teeeth I was extremely frustrated. I approached all other providers I had and none of their work was an issue. I now have another specialsit correcting this Dr. St Germaine mistakes and she will not respond to my phones calls to try to discuss the work I now need to correct the poorly fitted crowns. read more

While in the dentist chair, they told me it was just not possible without first having a massive amount of x-rays and a 2-hour exam. They suggested all was covered by my insurance.
