in March of this year my wife and I bought a 2016 unlimited rubicon from your dealership, since then we have had multiple problems with your service department, the most recent being the most frustrating. The leather in my front seats is tears at the seams I have had it in and had pictures taken twice, the first time in Aug and again in Sept. In Sept I had other warranty issues that were addressed but have been waiting to have them fixed so everything could be done at the same time. its been over 2 months and I have heard nothing. I have left messages that have gone unreturned and have even gone into speak to Sheldon personally who gave me his word he would call me the same day after he figured it out, I haven't heard back from him either. This is outrageous! They told us they didn't offer loaner cars when in service then in Nov they suddenly have them (not a new service double checked) but only offer them to VIP's my previous complaints have been: Having my jeep washed with the windows open. Making 8am appointments and having my vehicle not looked at until 3pm and having them request to keep it overnight so they can properly diagnose it, when if they had of looked at it close to when it came in they would haved saved us both time and headaches. While having my jeep serviced having my fuel consumption go from 11.3 to 17 litres per 100km leading me to believe your lot boys are joy riding my jeep. Ive towed trailers and have never seen it that high before. Paying for a tire inspection (because of a minor accident) and having major damaged missed. After a minor accident I took it in for an alignment and inspection and they missed a 2 inch hole in my side wall. Went in for warranty service and oil change. they DID NOT do the oil change. At the same time they missed that my transmission is leaking from the gasket beside the oil pan. I have a new RAM EcoDiesel. They have been having issues with the DEF system and the check engine lights keeps coming on. I had been going to Columbia Chrysler as that is were I bought the truck but seeing as we moved to Maple Ridge I thought I would take my vehicle there. I booked and appointment on the 12th January and was told it would take around 30 - 40 min. I expressed at the time that if it takes longer I would need a vehicle as I would need to go to work. I was told that would not be an issue and I expected that they would give me a courtesy vehicle like just about every other dealer out there would, especially since this is a warranty issue that is being dealt with. I expressed this concern again when I came in at 7am for my appointment was told that they would "arrange" a rental car for me. I waited patiently for 50 min before approaching the service desk. I was informed that there is a bigger issue and that it was going to take a while to fix. As such I reminded them that I would then need a vehicle. Here is where it goes sideways. 1. The "arranging" of a rental vehicle means I pay for it! I said that's ridiculous and if this was told to me I would have never brought my truck here in the first place. Their response was: "In that case I can get your truck ready for you." I promptly left. 2. I called the service manager to voice my concerns and to let him know that this is not the manner in which Columbia Chrysler has been treating me. I was told that he would get back to me. To date I have not received a call back. 3. I received another call to ask me how my appointment went and I explained the above. They were surprised at what I said and was informed that they would check with the service manager and call me back. Still nothing. As someone who works in a customer service industry this type of "service" is completely unacceptable. If you are looking for service go somewhere else. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the way Maple Ridge Chrysler handled a recall on my Jeep's 4x4 system. I reported the recall issue and was told the part was backordered. I was advised by the dealership to continue driving the vehicle while waiting for the recall repair. That wait ended up being over a year. During that time, the vehicle eventually broke down and now the front end is damaged. When I brought the vehicle back to the dealership, I was told the damage would not be covered under warranty, despite the fact that I had already reported the recall issue and had been waiting over a year for the repair they could not complete. What made this situation even worse was the dealership's response after I left a negative review. I received a phone call from the dealership telling me that because I left a review, my vehicle was no longer welcome there and I should not bring it back. Refusing service to a customer because they shared their experience is extremely unprofessional. Waiting over a year for a recall repair, being told to keep driving the vehicle, then having the vehicle fail and refusing responsibility is unacceptable. I hope Chrysler Canada looks into how this recall situation and customer complaint were handled. Very disappointing experience. read more

I have been shopping for a specific Jeep for over two months and because I travel frequently between BC and Alberta, I contacted almost every Jeep dealer in the two provinces, and as a result I dealt with numerous of their sales persons. After searching around for Jeep prices, I ended up here at Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep. I put in a price request online and within 10 minutes I received a call from Dominic. After a brief chat in the phone and about a 20 minute wait for a call back, he had the numbers worked out and witching the budget we had discussed. I drove out that afternoon, Dominic was waiting outside to greet me and a few hours later drove home in my new 2017 Patriot. No fuss and no pressure even when it came to extra warranties and insurance. It was mentioned but not pushed. I did a request a week later about insuring my loan for disability and life insurance. Gary worked out the numbers and met me know very quickly. Being downtown I couldn't get out there to sign the papers, so he sent a driver in for me to be able to sign them. I have been shopping here for 10 years. Went in two weeks ago to see if trading in my truck and buying a new suv would help reduce my payments. I went through several 3 hour visits with terrible communication. In the end; I signed an offer sheet with a workable payment. After digging up paperwork that I felt was not up to me, and more hours of delays, I was told to come on in. The bank had approved me. When I got there, salesman #1 was too busy for me. #2 was also too busy. So the 'sales manager' was sent over with an offer sheet that had a payment that was $200 dollars higher!
