I've come a couple of times now and placed large orders for a variety of breakfast sandwiches. The staff is always super quick and friendly. The place itself is a very cute, home-y deli store. The customer service was amazing. The owner and his mom were fabulous they were very sweet. They have a cute storefront with a nice bistro table if you wanted to dine in. It was difficult, making a decision on what to eat because everything looked so good. I ended up settling for the barbecue burger, the sun-dried wrap and egg salad. Everything was super fresh and would really stood out. Was it the egg salad was made when you ordered which was a definite, plus! The person who answered the phone was not particularly friendly, which was disappointing from the start. I arrived before closing and, while sitting in my car, checked the order and realized the mayonnaise was missing. I went back inside to ask for it. When I got home--less than five minutes away--I realized the macaroni salad was also missing. I called the deli and asked about it. When I asked if I had been charged for it, I was told, "If it wasn't on the receipt, we didn't charge you." That completely missed the point. I had ordered the macaroni salad and needed it. At no point was I offered the option to come back and pick it up or given any effort to make the situation right. Then, while looking over the receipt, I noticed that one of the sandwiches also did not have the cheese I had specifically ordered. At that point, I had to go to my local grocery store and buy sliced cheese to fix the sandwich myself. So, in one order, I was missing the mayonnaise, missing the macaroni salad, and missing an ingredient I had specifically ordered on one of the sandwiches. More frustrating than the mistakes was the lack of customer service when I called to address them. I understand that mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes matters. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating from beginning to end. These are new owners, and based on this experience, I won't be going back.
