I went to two other grocery stores while in this area and both have better prices. Safeway really needs to get on board with lower prices. This store has a large produce section, deli with prepare foods, lots of freezer items, big dairy area and most everything in between. There does seem to be quite a selection available. Staff that we encountered were pleasant. They don't have many cashier assisted check-out lanes available, so we did wait a bit to check out. Bring your own bags or buy some. Prices on 'sale' items were better if you signed up for their reward program, which we did as we were in the area for a while and will be back in future. No sense missing the 'sale' because we don't have the right card. Large parking lot with handicapped spots out front and easily accessible entrance. Carriages/carts/buggies and hand baskets are by the entrance. Store was mostly clean and the aisles clear of displays and other obstacles. Will we be back. Probably. Will I shop at other grocery stores first to get better prices. Definitely.

Wow, never again !!! A bag of charcoal was almost $30 !!! And today, butter was $10 !!! Both items were like DOUBLE but no one force me to buy it from them ! It's a convenience store and you pay for convenience!!! The staff are nice people but im still shocks me, DOUBLE the price ... He was profiled for zero reason. He had the receipt in hand and has never shoplifted from this store. Apparently, the security person they had would do this to many people just because he thought he could. Not sure if he is there anymore. I have written checks to FM with no problem. Now, I can't since Certegy considers me (as well as my husband) "risks". Why? We both are in our 60's, have never had dishonored or bounced checks, semi retired but still working. Is it because we don't write many checks? Certegy uses AI technology. From what I have been reading, there are thousands of individuals like me who have had the same problems with this scam company, various businesses, and the banks don't understand why. The company doesn't even give valid reasons. My credit score also above 650, so that's not the problem. Kroger/FM would be doing every shopper a big favor by dropping Certegy and using another system. It is very embarrassing to have your check declined for zero reason whatsoever.

A small organic produce area is offered at good prices. Just be sure to check freshness before throwing them in your cart. There are more produce offerings in the traditional variety. A very small meat cooler has chicken, ground turkey, ground beef and a couple other choices. Lots of frozen foods in all categories including organic.
