I thought I had the seasoning wrong because my husband couldn't even take a second bite. He said there's something wrong with the meat. I ordered this cake 7 days b4 I needed it for my 9 year olds Birthday. "You can do so much better QFC!". The cake was old, dry and it did have the buttercream frosting I asked for but it was covered with some sort of sugar frosting that made the whole cake nasty. Come on QFC!!! read more

In the self check out and the damn manager accused me of intentionally selecting "small Granny Smith apples" instead of the "large Granny Smith apples". Like, what? I didn't even know there were two different options. It's been weeks since this incident and I still have flash backs. Lol. Couldn't believe she suggested I was trying to steal from QFC by trying to "get away" with discount apples. Makes me angry even writing this. read more

This place is HORRIBLE! Items stay out of stock for weeks at a time and God forbid you have a question or need someone at the customer service counter because they will literally just tell you they're not going to do it or that they are "busy." I can't imagine them ever actually doing anything, but I guess laughing with co-workers or standing and playing on their phones qualifies as "busy." I live 3 minutes away and will never be back to this store. I can get a money order at Safeway without them acting like I owe them my next child afterwards. In the last six months or so, every trip I've made there has resulted in me still having to drive to another store for whatever reason. I'm DONE with this place and these people that can't be bothered to deal with customers. I hope they go out of business. read more

A good QFC, the store is clean and the staff is mostly friendly. There is one employee is usually, prickly, it depends on the day but I suppose that the case with most people. I enjoy the options that are offered and unlike the Fred Meyer's in Maple Valley they have consistently stocked almond milk creamer! The produce is fresh, the flowers last a decent time. The florist if there is always willing to make the bouquet even more beautiful! They seem to have more selections of higher end stuff than Fred Meyer's. The price isn't as cheap as Freddie's but cheaper than Safeway. They don't have one section dedicated to "health foods" or specialty foods. Those are mixed in with everything else. They do have a cold section that's vegetarian and vegan products. We like it and if I can't make it to Freddie's then I'll stop by here. read more

Very bad customer service! I've been in a few times and cashiers too busy talking with another worker, it's always so negative up in the front checking out. At night you can hardly fine anyone working there. I want good customer service where I shop. Not, employees talking to one another about there job and who does what wrong or right. Ask where something is and employees just point where it is. Instead of walking you down to the product. Also, the night manager has strange behavior and has treated me like a punk kid. Very unprofessional! I think I'll start going to Safeway. This store has very poor people skills. read more

This is the WORST STORE EVER. We purchase 2 $100 gift cards that ended up being invalid because Kroger (QFC, Fred Meyer, etc.) computer system crashed. The store manager past the buck to the toll free number. The toll free person told me I have to wait at least 24 hours which is unacceptable. Wish that would have been disclosed prior to the sale as we are now in the area of sales fraud . The toll free representative told me that because the gift card receipt said 24 hour to validate then you need to wait. This is legally fraud! Calling back numerous times ended up with a 'were closed' message. Screw QFC and Kroger. read more

I live out of the county, but stopped in here since I was in the area. I saw that Starbucks Christmas blend was 30% off, so decided to grab 3 for gifts along with a few other things. I didn't notice until I got home that the coffee rang up full price. I wrote to the store and submitted my receipt. It's been 3 weeks and nothing. I know $15 isn't a ton of money, but I wouldn't have bought it full price. read more

I came in to this store at 9:24pm to get a money order, and employees were disrespectful and they said money orders are closed. There website says 10pm...then an employee said to another employee "what is he trying to make me work?" Isn't that why you are there. save yourself the hassle and go to Fred Meyer they have employees who actually want to work, then self centered disrespectful...sorta employees. Plus they close at 10pm and all the stands close at 9....the employees just sit around for the last hour. Then their employees call you an idiot lol. read more

This is a very good QFC store and it is saddening that one store employee, especially a night manager, can cost this QFC a customer's loyalty. This customer's comments are somewhat over the top, but this situation should never have gotten out of hand. Here is what I want to say about the night manager that refused to accept a refund on milk bottles without a receipt. Obviously the customer, Jamie B, was so outraged over the way he/she was treated that this manager cost QFC a customer. For what, over two milk bottles? Any store employee must, at all times, treat customers politely and respectfully. What is the return value on two milk bottles? Is it worth losing a customer? Il bacio della morte (Italian) for "The Kiss of Death." In this case, goodbye $$$$. A sales executive for any large company will tell you that one of the big NO-NOs is arguing with a potential client, in this case, a customer. "Win the argument -- Lose the client." Do most of my shopping here since it is so close to home. They have some great deals most of the time. Starbucks is located not only in the shopping center here but also inside QFC, they also have a Red Box inside QFC. They are usually open till 10pm every night except Sunday, which makes it nice if you forgot something u needed for morning, which I tend to do a ton of. Bakery is great, they have a GREAT selection! Try the lemon cake, it is to die for! The meat counter is always open, I never have to wait. Not to mention great service and the nicest cashiers! Had my hands full and the gentlemen came over took my basket I was carrying (loaded to the gills) and said I will take care of you. They always offer to assist with my grocreys to my car when I get a ton of stuff. Just great service. If I look lost when I am looking for something, someone is there to ask if they can help me find something. Wonderful employees! They have a great organic section, firewood if you need it and starter logs, which can sometimes be a pain to find. Great place, great service, great location and great wine selection! read more

Expecting another snowstorm tomorrow, I called (since all the stores were bare shelves) spoke with a lovely gal Taylor, at 11:40pm asking if they had a load coming tomorrow. She went the extra mile to go find out. Milk, bread tomorrow and a trailer of freight was just dropped. She also advised I call before I head over tomorrow and told me the hours of bread and milk deliveries. Super helpful customer service with a smile I could hear on the phone. Meanwhile, the store was still packed at this late hour. I hope her or her parents read this. We need more people like her around. Thank you Taylor! read more

Almost everytime I shop here I am treated like I don't exist. Rarely will I be greeted at the cashier and often they are carrying on a conversation with other cashiers when I am checking out. Once when asking for a location of an item they just told me where it was while four of them were hanging out by the self check out. If this wasn't the only grocery store near where I live I would shop elsewhere. Often I plan to buy groceries at Safeway on way home from work just to avoid shopping here. The prices here are not that great so customer service should be paramount. read more

This one star review is strictly related to the bakery's customer service. I ordered a cake online that was listed as available at the Lake Wilderness QFC. This was a birthday cake for a two year old for a party of 35 people. I received a call from the manager on my voicemail saying they could not make the cake I ordered but could make a substitute. I called to confirm that the substitute cake would be fine and the clerk who answered the phone guaranteed that changes would be made and the cake would be ready for the party. Three days later when we to pick up the cake , we were informed that the cake had not been made! Really frustrating. Will not order from QFC bakery. read more
