We had a great experience at Quinto! Rodrigo took amazing care of us. He spoke both English and…read moreSpanish and recommended great options for us. We started with the delicious Parmesan bread.. which was so light and puffy on its own, delicious, but then the sauces it came with really set it off. The green avocado sauce was so good, I could have eaten all of it haha. Rodrigo sold my husband on getting the steak on fire and boy was he happy ! The steak comes somewhat cooked then it is doused in 2 alcohols and butter and set on fire! Check out the pics, it was a really cool experience and it was one of the best steaks we've ever tried. It came with two dipping sauces, a red wine composite and a green chimichurri sauce. The chimichurri sauce was bangin!! We also got a nice red bottle of wine to pair with the meal. My meal consisted of sides-- the lobster/shrimp Mac and cheese and the Caesar salad. Both were really good, the salad was much bigger than I expected and had a runny egg on top... not my thing but I tried to embrace the experience! It was still really good. The Mac and cheese was super cheesy with Gouda and it was delicious! Those two things were so filling I had to take it some home. The manager Manuel also personally came to check on us and our experience during the meal which was nice. He also took photos of us outside which we appreciated. They also brought us an anniversary dessert because we shared that we were celebrating and it was like a deconstructed caramel muffin with ice cream. It was so good when each part came together! We had a great experience at Quinto, make a reservation and ask for Rodrigo!

The hostess insisted that there was no where that we could sit that would put us together. She was very inflexible. Thankfully, the manager came over and did what made the most sense...moved two tables together. Once we were settled, our waiter came over for our drink orders and we decided on our meals as well. I was definitely looking for a great steak so I split the bone-in ribeye, along with sides of broccoli, a loaded baked potato, and brussels sprouts. The steak was presented on a sizzling skillet and it was cooked a little under what we'd ordered. After eating most of it, we realized that they'd mistakenly given our dining companions our correct order and we had theirs. That explained the incorrect cooking temperature on both of the ribeyes. But, the seasoning and flavor of the beef was really good. We all loved the brussels sprouts and the broccoli. The portion sizes for the sides was generous and definitely enough to share between two people. The round dining room at Quinto is beautiful with a large chandelier in the center. Seating is available outside or upstairs or downstairs inside. They finished the meal with tiny sorbet con

Once we stepped onto the deck overlooking the lagoon, the whole experience elevated even further. The scenery was stunning, soft lights reflecting off the water, a gentle breeze, and live music drifting through the air like the perfect soundtrack to an already unforgettable night. Then came the food, each dish was its own little masterpiece. The bread service alone set the tone: warm, golden rolls with just the right touch off salt. The wedge salad followed. It was crisp, cold, and generously dressed, with smoky bacon and bright tomatoes adding all the right contrasts. The dry-aged steak was the star of the table, cooked perfectly with that deep, rich flavor only dry-aging can create. The roasted peppers and silky sauce on the side made every bite feel intentional. The octopus was another standout, tender, beautifully charred, and plated with a vibrant puree that balanced the dish with a touch of sweetness. One of the best plates we had. The table got more entrees since there were 8 of us but didn't get pictures. Sea brass was another favorite. Even the lobster soup arrived with flair: a velvety bowl paired with a seafood-topped toast that brought texture and richness together in one elegant bite. The beef tartare with fries was classic and fresh, refined without losing its fun. Dessert turned into a full performance. The liquid-nitrogen ice cream came with swirling clouds of cold vapor, dramatic and delicious. The birthday cake arrived crowned with berries and a sparkling candle that lit up the whole table. And just when we thought the night couldn't get any more whimsical, out came the towering blue cotton candy, playful, over-the-top, and impossible not to smile at. Harry's doesn't just serve dinner. It creates an experience, one where the service, the scenery, the atmosphere, and the food all work together to make you feel celebrated. Our night felt luxurious, thoughtful, and truly unforgettable for my husband's 50th birthday! Well done Harry's!

He walked us through the different options and s because the restaurant was kind of cold, even gave us some blankets! Anyways, food wise, they gave us garlic bread rolls to start. Let me tell y'all oh my god these might've been the best free bread I've ever gotten at a restaurant. They came out nice and toasty, with two sauces to pair. One was an avocado based one and the other I don't remember I liked that one more haha. I recall thinking it would've tasted better with a more Italian style tomato based sauce but it was still super food! Moving on to the mains, Quinto is known for their steaks. You can choose a cut as well as a sauce on the side. I ordered the New York filet with green peppercorn sauce. I expected the sauce to be less thick but honestly it's fine since it's on the side so you can control how much you put on. Also I don't usually eat steaks with sauce anyways. The portion was HUGE - 280g, around 10 oz? It came with fresh veggies too although I wish there was more of them. The filet was very tender and exactly what I needed after a day of exploring Cancún. Overall, Quinto was a bit pricier than the other options in the resort but the food and service were really great so I would still recommend it if you have the chance! Just bring something to cover up if you plan on dining in.
