We just closed on our home near the VB Courthouse area. We were referred to Christi by our friend…read moreand neighbor who spoke very highly of her. All I can say is that she is a powerhouse of energy, information, and tenacity. She's also a lot of fun to work with! Although we knew she had other customers she was working with and stays busy, she spent as much time with us as we needed, always responded to calls quickly and made us feel like we were her only clients. Christi also made sure we always knew what to expect and felt confident every step of the way. The best part is that we listed our home at $449,000 but sold it for $12,000 more. 10 thumbs up!

I am not sure what is with the last guy that reviewed, but I think he has mixed someone up…read more Christi was the realtor my husband and I chose to help us in buying our first home together, and I could not have been happier with the service and care we received. Christi took time to take us on separate house hunts (my husband was away for quite some time for work), and she was available 24/7 from start to finish. The owners of our new home were not quite ready to move out as soon as we needed to be in, but she worked this all out for us, and even stayed at the house to work through an issue where the previous owner had left quite a few things behind. She definitely went above and beyond for us, and today, 4 years later, I still continue to speak with Christi and will certainly look to her when we are ready to buy our next home.

I was a client for roughly 9 years, including through the Lonnie Bush acquisition, and I own…read moremultiple rental properties in different states. This is, without exaggeration, the worst property management experience I've had. Communication was consistently poor, but became unacceptable once I began selling the property. I was not informed that a tenant vacated early until the next month's rent was already due. That alone cost time and money. While preparing the property for sale, they failed to follow clear instructions. I explicitly asked not to winterize the home--they did it anyway. They also would not coordinate or communicate with me or my realtor regarding cleaning schedules, which directly delayed photography and listing. At multiple points, I had to step in and do the job myself--something I found myself doing repeatedly over the years while they were "managing" the property. After nearly a decade as a client, I expected basic communication and execution. I did not receive either. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects responsiveness, accuracy, or accountability--especially during a sale.

Just be aware... The rent listed is a base price, and then more fees are tacked on. Our experience:…read more Tenant Benefit Package - $40/month HVAC filters - $20/month Liability Insurance for the Owner fee - $15/month Pet rent - $35/month (plus the usual deposit for the pet, of course) And then there's more: A lease renewal fee ($100), with a requirement to use their own cleaners to do carpets, fireplace, and HVAC at the time of lease renewal (most likely $500+). From what we understood, the renter is expected to cover the cost of all plumbing problems that come up in the course of the lease. Plus, even if you don't own a pet, from what we understood, each adult has to pay $30/year pet screening website fee. While we were informed of some of this before the application, we had to pay the application fees ($75/person) to read the lease and find the rest of this out. Hopefully, this helps someone.

I wish I could give this place less than one star. I honestly do not understand why there are so…read moremany 5 star ratings of this place. The flooring of one of our condos was warped. The AC turned off in another. The AC had a straight up lock box and was locked to 71 in ours but not in others??????? Our sink was straight up clogged, to the point we had to wait hours for it or fix it ourselves. The water pressure does not stay the same throughout the day, to total nonexistence at complete random. They blow all the hot air into the hallways, so every time you walked out your condo door you walked into humidity and bad mexican food smells. The cheapest Airbnb I've stayed at was a luxury resort compared to these condos. I stayed here for a week, and the people who manage this condominium do not maintain the building whatsoever, or do so with the lowest possible standards known to man. To start off, the place Sebriet (not gonna look it up to correct that spelling) told me to park was straight up a tow-away area, and I got towed the first day I parked there. I was told "Do Not Worry About The Signs", and then when I approached them about it they said "Who told you that?". I drove to a place they had no idea about, had a horrible conversation and paid 220 bucks to asshole tow-truck drivers. There's reviews here about tow-aways. Read them. For sure 100% a contract with this tow group that gets payouts for this mis-management. I cannot say people even manage this place. You walk in. A fifteen year old wearing airpods does not greet you. You ask him. any question. He takes his headphone out and says he doesn't know. This happened. Four Times. The elevators? Shut down AND MAINTAINENCE WAS CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES every day we were there. For hours. Early Morning. Mid day. There is no accessible way to get down even the first floor people stay on, which has only steps to G, the ground floor. I'm surprised none of us were trapped in the elevators. None of our wheelchair bound family were able to enjoy the beach. The patios? 100% covered in mosquitos. And I mean COVERED. All over the windows, all over the deck, all over the chairs, GROUPS of spiders and spiderwebs in the 4 different condo patios we rented. Before you assume this 4.0 star reviewed place is good, look into the reviews of siebert realty and please for the love of god do not stay here. Rent a home, at least the ones that aren't red flags as well.
