I was happy with my service until I had to ask for a warranty on one of the joints. The joint had opened up into a hairline crack. It is an easy fix and could've took them less than an hour to fix. They told me that I would have to pay $150 to have the joint resealed. It has been less than six months since they installed my countertops. I spent over $12,000 with them When I had the counters installed. when I asked them to fix a simple hairline crack they wanted to charge. I was completely shocked!!!!!!! If I were you I would not go with this company they do some good work but they do not have good customer service. read more

I used MGM for a shower and bathtub surround from full quartz slabs and am completely satisfied with the results. Samar and Chris are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They have a great selection of quartz and very reasonable prices considering the amount of material we needed. We also were called to see the material when it arrived prior to fabrication which is plus. Chris will give you much appreciated advice due to his experience in this business on whatever details to make the project go smoothly and look the best. The installation crew is a great group of guys who are skilled, professional and know what they're doing. They were on time and work hard (hauling full slabs to an upstairs bathroom) to make sure the project is to your satisfaction. I had some extra quartz leftover and had the fireplace surround done as well. The work was completed within a couple of weeks or so of walking into the showroom. I was talked into getting a new sink (at their cost), it was a BIG mistake. I noticed on Nov 6, 2021, because I turned on the overhead light above my sink that this sink is all scratched up. When the overhead light is OFF, the sink looks fine. Marble & Granite Masters sent me to MSI, who doesn't deal with customers so I had to go back to Marble & Granite for help. At this point February 14, 2022, they said, I did it and refused to help me resolve this. I DID NOT DO IT! Be aware and ask the right questions. I wanted to keep my sink but I was talked out of it. And then to get one that is all scratched up is really unfortunate, and it is smaller than what I had. Because they don't do plumbing or electrical (didn't even put the light fixtures back up) I would go with an all included company next time. I love my quartz. It wasn't perfect installation but they did a pretty good job. It seems I have been left hanging here with a below par sink. read more

We recently had out kitchen done and went through J and J Cabinets in Santee and they referred us to MGM as the company they work with. Everything was pretty straightforward. We went over to their office and were able to look at some countertop material that they had in stock and selected one that we liked. The cabinet shop we used actually scheduled the cabinet delivery with them so they knew when to come out and measure for the countertops. They person that came out to measure was very professional and went over some of the details and questions with me. They came back about a week or so later and installed the countertops. Again they went through everything with us before they left, cleaned up and left the kitchen in great shape when they left. So my mom got tired from her tiled kitchen countertops and asked me if I knew anyone in the granite business. I asked around and a buddy of mine referred me to MGM where he got his granite from. I called MGM and spoke to the owner (Chris). He came out and showed my parents some samples and while there took measurements of what mom wanted to be done. My mom insisted on a red-ish looking granite to go with the cherry stained counters. Chris asked for some time to find the right slabs. The next day Chris emailed me pictures of a couple slabs that were red with white and grey texture. I showed'em to my mom and she was thrilled. A couple days later I got a call from Chris saying that the slabs were now in his Santee location. We drove to his office to check out the slabs. Mom was very pleased with the slabs. I can honestly say that I have never seen such beautiful granite. It's like they were made by an artist and not by nature. I wish I had a picture to attach to this review. The price was very fair and so I didn't feel like negotiating because I really thought it would cost quite a bit more for such unique slabs. We signed some documents and the installers came out to install the following week. Installation went very smooth. All the cutting was done at their location so there was no dust or mess left behind. MGM recently installed beautiful quartz countertops in our kitchen. I'm happy we made the decision to use them after getting several quotes, some that were twice as high. We have a large island with an unusual shape and other installers were charging much more for it because of all the fabrication. Chris was great about working with our budget and pointing out a great material within the budget. Installers did a great job--they were reliable and didn't leave a mess. I was so happy there were no seams. Samar at the store was so helpful and responsive every step of the way. We had one hiccup about a misunderstanding on a very small backsplash on the end of one counter we didn't realize should have been done. They came back and installed it. There was a charge but it was reasonable. They don't have a large stone yard so don't expect a huge choice of immediately available material but if you work with what they have on hand you can get a very good deal and you'll be happy throughout the whole process. read more

They also negotiated for me 30% off the price of the granite slab I found in the distributor's showroom. They finished the order for only ten days, as they promised. MGM made every detail in the order just as I requested it. They removed my old countertops , installed the new ones, cleaned and were done with record speed- half day only. I am sure there are a lot of good installers, but it's really hard to find honest, not expensive, and high quality company. They did not have to tell me the price of the material- I wouldn't have known they got it for 30% less than I thought it will cost. All the MGM staff were very polite and professional.
