Worst service ever. In fact, no service. I walked in with my wife and son. The only employee in the store was standing in a doorway to the back. There was a family of four (with two small children) in front of us, and another couple in front of them. The employee disappeared to the back and was gone for more than five minutes. Finally, I went to the doorway and asked if anyone was home. Both groups thanked me. After another couple of minutes, the employee came back out. I just had the worst exportable ever! Normally you would think that you can order your icecream anyway you want it... NOT today! Apparently if you want an ice cream that is half rum with walnuts and half banana with bananas and chocolate chips you have to order 2 different cups Unless it's all mixed together they can't be like baskin robbins and put one scoop on top of the other! GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION They don't speak English very well (usually that would be fine but they made it very difficult). When I came in this older lady began to help me. I ordered after I said my order she looked at me all confused and started pointing at different ice creams. I had to specifically ask for a cone about 5 times (the cones were stale asf anyways). finally this other lady came over to help us and my bf asked for a birthday bonanza and they made it incorrectly with m&ms and the slab was all dirty and gross. DO NOT GO HERE I came with a friend and the moment we walked in, the workers began yelling at us that it was cash only. It was hard to understand what they were saying due to their thick accents but my friend and I continued to be patient and work to understand them. They became more and more frustrated and rude as we couldn't understand them. We eventually nodded just to move forward with the process. I ordered a pre-made combination of things and requested that one ingredient be left out but they did not understand so they put it in anyways. Don't go to this location! The store will not honor the prices listed online when you place a pickup order. Once you arrive after your order has been placed, they refuse to fill the order. Why are the workers not wearing gloves when handling your ice cream?! The guy reached into a jar and grabbed a Reese cup with his bare hands?!? Then goes to the register touches cash, pens and credit card then goes back to serving ice cream and not washing hands. Also, we are in a pandemic and workers should be adhering to basic hygiene. Steps to follow: 1) wear masks 2) wear gloves when handling ice cream. 3) Wash hands after using the register. 4) Put gloves on. 5) Serve next customer. Simple. Easy. The young person behind the counter was VERY RUDE and basically called me a liar. The quality of the milkshake was poor at best and had the consistency of water. When I showed her that she said it was my fault because of the mixings I had added. I have had the same shake there on numerous occasions and I have NEVER had one like this. I threw it away in front of her and the person that had made it and she said NOTHING. She is always condescending when we go in there and I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN AS LONG AS I AM BREATHING.
