Their ice cream is very good. On the down side it is pretty pricey (Leopold's level pricey). We got a small and a child's size ice cream and the bill came to a bit over $8.00. Admittedly, the small was roughly two scoops. Also, it seemed like the two options were to get it in a cup or a waffle cone (for a $1 upcharge). The ice cream is fine, but the people who work act personally offended when you walk in the door. At first, we just gave them the benefit of the doubt. But it has been on a number of occasions when we walk in and are welcomed by stares. I am so disappointed! first off they did not even greet us hello upon walking in, WE had to say hi. the banana ice cream was tasty but this is definitely no Coldstone Creamery, the quality is not there! they use store bought pound cake and Coldstone actually uses yellow cake, these people use a can of Reddi Whip air whipped cream and Coldstone uses actual whipped "topping". So it's a poor man's version. It would have been at least 3 or 4 stars if the staff was not so rude and lazy! i came all the way from Miami to Georgia for 1 night and came in for ice cream, i was making conversation (or trying to) with the young, tall, brunette girl with ponytail and she did not even smile or engage with me, i had to ask her questions instead of her offering assistance or recommendations. I then select banana ice cream, fresh bananas, "yellow cake" pieces (which was nothing but Entenmann's pound cake) and chocolate fudge drizzle. For a medium size with tax it was almost $7 and she gave me literally 2 round slices of fresh banana, i kid you not! it was literally 2 slices like .25 cent quarter sizes and one slice was not even a full round, it was like the end tiny nub of the tip of a banana, like 2 little chunks of pound cake and a tiny squirt of chocolate fudge! they are SO CHEAP and STINGY with the mix ins! i had to ask her for MORE BANANAS and she came back with ONE more little round quarter sized slice! i have never seen anything like this, Coldstone is very generous for their prices. Then i ask for it to go and the girl does not give me spoons, napkins or a bag, she points at them and then i ask for a BAG and she hands me a bag and watches me bag my ice cream myself, what happened to bagging to go orders for customers? not here they don't! HORRIBLE customer service and the nerve to have tip jar on the counter. So sad because my ice cream tasted good. Manager does not care from what i read on other yelp reviews here and i do not see any owner replies to the bad reviews, that says a lot too. I will not return to a poor man's Coldstone. it would not kill you to smile and engage with your customers either. Do better Marble Slab Creamery! you are charging for it. read more

They just opened up down the street from us so my wife and I stopped in for some dessert. I got the S'More ice cream combination which was rich but pretty good. My wife got the Cotton Candy Ski Jump ice cream combination and I definitely liked hers better. Seems like the crew is still learning so too early for any serious reviews. read more

Low quality cones. Strawberry icecream tastes like whoppers and is not flavorful. Went in for a small cup of ice cream after dinner around 9:30p. There were only 5 people waiting before me but it took half an hour for my turn because they were slow... For the price ($5 for a small cup!!), the quality is quite average. It feels like a ripoff. I would not go back again. Worst service ever! Walked in and 3 employees behind the counter and no one in line. We were not greeted by any of them. We walked over to look at the ice cream. I knew what I wanted but did not see it on the menu so I waited for an employee to come over so I could ask. When the first employee came over she walked up to my husband and rudely asked "are you gonna get something?" with an attitude that made us feel like she was saying "if you're not going to get anything leave already." I finally ordered with the girl who seemed to be the manager, she answered my questions and was decent. But the girl with attitude ultimately made our order. Because I would like my review read by the public, I'll skip the play by play and get to the end... pretty sure she gave us less than the size we ordered, brownies were not mixed in well, and the ice cream was mostly melted by the time it got to the table. I also ordered extra hot fudge but she gave us the smallest drizzle on top, not even a teaspoon size. I asked the manager girl for more on the side and she got it right away. While we were eating our soupy ice cream all 3 employees went to the back where we could tell there was a disagreement going on between the manager and the attitude girl. I heard miss attitude shout the f-word and that was my que to take my 2 year old and leave. Summary of the story: customer service matters, paying extra for a topping and not getting it is pretty annoying, and only having a few bites of ice cream because the rest is soup is a waste of money. If we weren't on the way home to Orlando we definitely would have gotten a refund and found a different place for dessert. read more

I went to Marble Slab Creamery for the first time yesterday. It was pretty good. I ordered the cookie dough drizzle and I watched them hand-roll it and add the ingredients. I even told the server to add some extra toppings during the process. I got the ice cream in a cup instead of a cone. It was delicious. This is pretty good for a small business.
