I tried calling back the salon several times and no one picked my phone even to listen to what I have to say. DO NOT... JUST DO NOT go to this place for a keratin treatment. As I was almost done with the keratin treatment, I saw another woman getting her upper lips done and I have never before seen a salon do waxing of the upper lips.
