When questioned they said they gave me organic tint where in regular i get the regular one. The owner was arguing with me when I said that my regular girl know what I do but she said its not that they all knows what need to be done. Then why did this girl gave me a expensive product with out explaining to me. So be careful when you sit on that chair and dont know what they will will charge you. Today was my last visit to this place. If you dont care about your customer then dont ask for reference also.

It has been opened approximately a month. You can not pull up in front follow the directions of the arrow. While there I did see a few people going in and one lady seemed happy. I chatted with the owner. Who did seem knowledgeable. She noted that they do not do lazier hair removal but threading. I was talked into getting my eyebrows tinted as my brows are thin and the technician said it would be natural looking and last two weeks. I wasn't used to how dark the brows turned out and she wiped the brows again to try to lighten them. They did fade the next day and wasn't as obvious. I have been doing the keratin treatment for almost 3 years now and this is the first and worst…read moreexperience that I had. Usually, all salons have dyed my hair right before keratin treatment. But this place just decolorized my hair that I had dyed 4 days prior to the keratin treatment. It's exactly 2 weeks today after the treatment and my hair is almost wavy. Normally, the keratin treatment has lasted 4-6 months and what I got done from Hair Salon Magic hasn't lasted even two weeks. I tried calling back the salon several times and no one picked my phone even to listen to what I have to say. DO NOT... JUST DO NOT go to this place for a keratin treatment. As I was almost done with the keratin treatment, I saw another woman getting her upper lips done and I have never before seen a salon do waxing of the upper lips. The way the chin was done also resulted in the extreme reddening of that woman's chin. I just dropped the idea of getting threading done at this place. I will never go to this place again! WORST!!
