I met Wyatt and his crew at the home show inVacaville. I contracted with them to install a epoxy garage floor coating. They came in with a good price we're on time did a good job including with the acid wash of concrete . However the product itself that was applied failed. I don't know that I ever understood why the initial product failed. But the way these guys handled it was great. When some of the product peeled off I gave them a call they came by and looked at it. They brought in the product rep and told me they would take care of it. There was some inconvenience on my end because we did a complete garage remodel so all of my new stuff was in on the new floor and had to be taken out for the second application. They wanted to get to it quickly but the torrential rains of 2024 made it less than ideal for the application of product as well as me moving everything out of my garage. Here we are in August and we finally got together on a time that worked for all of us. They gave me a timeline and they stuck to it. There was a small blip in the morning a double booking but they got on it by noon. And that worked out good for me. Because the old product was an epoxy it had to be ground off with a diamond grinder. They had the old floor removed and ready for application on the second day. They applied the first coat by the end of the second day a second coat the following day and after a curing period a application of a clearcoat that was not necessary with the old product. It looks so much better this time it has a sheen and I can tell that has adhered well very happy with the way they handled everything it would've been nice to not have to deal with the issue but they handle it well the product came out nice. Art that did the install was very friendly and he did a nice job pulling everything together and making it match up nicely. They applied additional clearcoat along the sides where the old product didn't fail now it looks amazing a lot about a company is how they deal with an issue when it comes up. I am a contractor myself and I understand this intimately not everything goes right sometimes the product we rely on doesn't work and it's up to us to make it right. I'm sure at this point he made zero dollars on this and had to come out of pocket to make it all right. But there was no resistance on his end to want to take care of it 100% read more

We obtained several estimates, but really liked dealing with the owner of the company Mike, and we found his estimate to be very reasonable. The estimate even included some dry rot repair and the removal of numerous (unused) exterior wiring from the former homeowners. Mike the owner was very professional and worked with his painters to paint our house. Everyone showed up bright and early and were all in a great mood. That's a sign of a good company. I had Mike paint our home just over 2 years ago. Per our contract Mike was to have one of his crew return to do touch-up after we installed new windows in our homes front. We have some trim, siding and caulking to touch-up. I talked with Mike a year ago and it wasn't a good time, we were not in town. Since then, I emailed, called and my wife texted to have it finished. No replies at all. This job touch up is in the contract. At least if Mike called and told us he is too busy, that would be acceptable, but he hasn't and apparently will not. It's horrible business practice period. If you consider this company, do yourself some homework and call other painters whom care.
