Nice old school Italian atmosphere. Our waiter, Wyatt, made us feel right at home. The wine and cocktails were excellent, and the focaccia was outstanding. The pork cheek Marsala and the Linguine Tritone were phenomenal; both dishes were packed with flavor and perfectly executed. The warm fried eggplant with the cold crabmeat wasn't quite my personal preference, but everything else was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back and trying the calamari next time.

Upscale trattoria in Lafayette the restaurant was chosen by my lunch guest. Clearly an upscale place id recommend wearing at least slacks and a collared shirt as many lunch guests were in suits or blazers Ambiance is traditional dark woods , bar area located in front of restaurant by entrance and looked like a great place to get a martini when in search I started with the cream corn and shrimp bisque with lump crab meat - solid but could have used a pinch of salt. Bisque was loaddd with seafood Entree was the salmon limon with asparagus.. The sauce that comes with the fish is a lemon/butter/caper and works well with the salmon For desert i had their lemoncello marscapone cheese cake.. put cake in front of me and i get weak in the knees.. this cake was outstanding Service was great from Shelby and we were given plenty of time to visit

From the moment we walked in with the sweet gent who held open the door and greeted us to the other hostess, super friendly staff. Our server, Alexis - very attentive. Alexis offered the best suggestion which we took. We had the lasagna, bursts and the Chicken Molli dish. So good. Finished it off with the caramel pudding dish! Everything was delicious. Thank you Marcello's !

Our third visit to this restaurant and it's consistently impressive. We had a reservation because it was my birthday. Three different staff told me happy birthday and there was a card on the table as well. The salad was great, the scallops were tasty, the fresh bread was hot and crunchy. Because it was my birthday, dessert was free and delicious. Service was friendly and very efficient. The wine selection is great. My favorite place to celebrate for a good price! We will be back!

I had a beyond incredible time dining at Marcello's. I came here for date night with my boyfriend, and it was one of the best experiences we've had. Our server was phenomenal and displayed just the perfect amount of attentiveness. We were at a table slightly closed off from the rest of the restaurant, which made for an even more intimate experience. I am a major wine drinker and LOVED seeing the bottles everywhere! You can get up and pick your own bottle from the walls that you want to have with your meal, or order from the "by the glass" part of the menu. What we ate: Calamari Fritti: perfectly fried calamari with a delicious marinara sauce (yum yum) Linguini Tritone: lobster, shrimp, crabmeat, spinach, and mushrooms in sherry cream sauce with linguini (really delicious but too much sauce) Shrimp Pepate: large shrimp sauteed with roasted garlic and crushed red pepper in a light olive oil sauce tossed with linguini and toasted pine nuts (phenomenal!) Chocolate torte: three-layer chocolate cake (too light for my taste but still good) Overall, the food was great, the wine was amazing, and the service was top-notch.

I came here for a birthday dinner and I just want to start by saying that the house bread may be the best bread I've ever had! It comes with oil/balsamic and it was literally amazing. The service was sooooo slow and there were barely any customers. Our dinner was for 8 and we didn't leave until after 11pm. The drinks were taking 20,30 min to come out. Appetizers took about an hour. The calamari was good but undercooked. The charcuterie board was okay, it was a large but there were more miscellaneous items than cheese/meat/crackers. I ordered the Tritone pasta. It needed seasoning so i added salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes and after that it was delicious! So, overall it's good but prepare to be in there for a while

Yes, it was crowded, but that's a healthy sign! In fact, we were lucky enough to find a parking space in the lot. From antipasto to dessert everything was top notch. So, we went to Italy and came back changed people. In fact, I started making my own pasta being inspired by what I experienced. There is a tremendous difference between fresh and shelf. We finally made it back to Sarrica's last Saturday, and I don't know how one could be more impressed, but they did it again! We got there early and immediately got a table. A half hour later the place was getting packed. We went straight to the Primo skipping the antipasto this time. Our food arrived quickly, and at first the portion looked smaller than before. But I was deceived! The dish was full! And delicious! And gone! I'm usually not known for cleaning my plate, but had we been in a darker corner I probably would be licking what's left! No, seriously, it's that good! This place would be popular in Sicily or Rome or Tuscany! You can tell someone in the kitchen is proud of what they're serving to be so consistent. There's no question we'll be returning - if we find a parking space!

The only disappointment was finding out our favorite appetizer, the pork cheeks, is no longer on the menu. We decided to try the crabmeat cheesecake instead, and it was pretty good. For our entrées, my wife ordered the Fish Katie, which was as good as always, and I had the lamb chop special. The lamb chops were cooked well and had great flavor. To top off the evening, the staff brought out cotton candy and a slice of olive oil cake for my wife's birthday, which was a nice touch and made the celebration feel special. Overall, we had a very enjoyable dinner with good food and attentive service. We definitely plan on coming back and hope the pork cheeks make a return to the menu someday!

Peyton and the remaining staff took great care of us - attentive / knowledgeable / friendly. The food (brunch options as well) was thoroughly enjoyed by all - from seafood to Italian to breakfast omelets - plus. Two surprises that we all took special note of however - the breakfast/brunch offered biscuit - & - the Pecan Seduction dessert - outrageously delicious. Cotton Candy kids treat to close out was a hit too. Remainder of restaurant and outdoor seating option (when open for use) all = very appealing. No hats for the men / boys - so please remove as required. Enjoy this spot !

Fortunately, there was an open table for two in the middle of the dining area. Their meatballs brought both of us back to homemade ones the two of us used to make, so instant plus for that, and the bread was also great with the given butter and marinara we had leftover. The true seller for us was the veal pasta we had. I'll crave it for a long time from now, and the pizza was also equally enjoyed. I'd also love to say the restaurant's style for inside and especially the staff folk were amazing. To our waiter Porter and another waiter Lindsey, ya'll were treasures to meet, and I have faith the other staff are equally amazing. Anyone in the area with the time and money should come to this amazing place for a special occasion, it could certainly live up to it.

The quality and flavor of the food here was amazing and the prices were so reasonable! The veal pannata was delicious, great size sized dish. The veal was flatted and fried perfectly! Anything on the menu I don't think you could go wrong with! ALSO this was our first time here and I have to mention the pallet cleanser with the lemon sorbet was just an extra special touch! Also, they do not have a dessert menu, inside they have a dessert tray that they come out and show you!!! SERVICE: we had Casey as our server and she was great! I truly have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. You walk in and it feels like a luxury restaurant, but you don't break the bank on one dish! It reminds me of a restaurant back in the 80's or early 90's so could use updating but still a clean nice place. The service was friendly. I ordered the chicken parmesan and it was just ok. The chicken & spaghetti were room temperature so I'm not sure if the chicken is suppose to be served this temperature since I'm not Italian but I wasn't impressed. The sauce was super dark, another thing I'm not sure about but it needed more spices. My friend had the crepes and they were crispy so she really enjoyed them! I might go back to try another dish but not sure as of now.
