I have been coming to this dispensary since it opened as I'm a local in the area and I've never had any issues. last week I bought a disposable pen worth just under $50 that did not work. I went yesterday to return it or exchange it and they told me I never bought it they checked my account and showed that I never paid for it, made me feel like I was possibly crazy, and that maybe I was thinking of another dispensary and I didn't get it there. I was being shown video surveillance and being asked questions I stood for over an hour trying to figure out what was going on. The issue was resolved they figured out that they accidentally had two accounts for me the account that they weren't looking at showed that purchase. A gentleman is who finally told me that they figured it out but the supervisor who had been helping me for over an hour making me feel like I was crazy or trying to pull one over on them didn't come out to tell me anything he apologized and told me that I had to get the same exact one even though it had just given me issues. I wasn't offered any kind of discount I just know working the past 15 years in customer service, that is not the way you treat a customer especially a customer who goes in often. Hopefully my situation helps anyone in future that comes across the same issue but I just wanted to say how horrible I was made to feel and then wasn't even apologized to when they realized I wasn't wrong I was right. read more

Came in here a couple days ago and everything was fine until today. They need to get their policies in order and get everyone/everything on the same page because it's a waste of my time and don't like being told two different things. The front desk associate was unsure so that's when she called someone over and he was less of a help. one day you're going to let me in and the next day with the same documents im not allowed to enter .. This place is getting a star because of Amy , she was the only one afterwards who was nice enough to look at my profile and apologized for not being able to let in as well as going to write a note to the managers to get the situation sorted out. I recently was at the IB location which I go to weekly . I purchased. 3 jars of flower . Apple x is what I wanted. There's a few apple strains . I didn't notice till I went home it was the wrong one, I did NOT open them and went back for an exchange for the right one I'm a senior citizens with heart issues . The lead there said no returns or exchanges He said Read the back of the receipt.He also told me to call headquarters so I did customer service was another lead and said no exchanges . He then called his manager on the phone and I was told. the same. This in my opinion is MOT very good customer service. Obviously you all don't care about the customer just the buck. Great store, great staff, great product. Walked in and it looked beautiful, I'm from out of town and dispensaries just don't look like that. It was awesome, they had a very friendly staff. They also had much more reasonable pricing then where I'm from. The product was also very good. All around great experience. read more

March and Ash is very clean, beautiful to look at aesthetically and highly recommend shopping their wide variety of products. The staff was very helpful and educated, super friendly. Glad to see this location in the heart of IB! Will be back! read more

I've tried to love this location because it's so close to me and convenient buuut me and my bf have had two bad experiences now. First experience was a miscommunication between two workers not knowing policy. One said to my bf that he can open the fridge and get what he likes and the other yelled across the room that he couldn't. The worker who allowed it was kind and said sorry repeatedly cause of that dudes behavior. Funny that the worker who said he COULDNT open the fridge door told us the FIRST DAY of the opening that we could!! talk about hypocrisy! Secondly, we got those scratches that give you a discount called pot of gold or something like that and apparently we can't use it in that specific location it's "banned". Too much going on here. Some stuff feels racially motivated sometimes. FYI that one worker is an IB native hopefully that can show management who It is to correct his behavior. Also on 420 they ran out of the $100 gift boxes by 11am or so they said meanwhile a location in Chula Vista had some all day well at least up to 5pm. Something you should keep in mind. Saw this place delivered til 10p, tried placing my order at about 8:10p, it only gave an option to schedule for the next day. Was told via the online chat they were booked up on deliveries. The last time I placed an order with their MV location, at 3 minutes before my 6:45p expected delivery time I was given I got a call my delivery was delayed until 7:15-7:30. Explained I needed to cancel the order & go elsewhere as I was at work & wasn't trying to linger around after my shift I was offered to have the delivery set for a later time! WHAT?! Why would I want to schedule a later time if I needed it asap? I really wanted to love this place regardless of the prices & having this one open about 10 minutes away from me seemed PERFECT.. but it just seems to be more of a hassle going thru them after the 1st couple times. Maybe i'll attempt them again in a month or so, 2 bad experiences back to back...3rd times gotta be a charm or strike out for good. lol. You get 10% off when you do the survey, but that pretty much just covers the taxes, so best to wait & use it on no tax Tuesday. Guess it's WeedforLess for the win tonite! read more
