I've been coming to this location since shortly after they opened here in Vista. In addition to selection, their best feature was their service. They seem to have changed personnel recently as their service at my most recent visit was subpar. I forgot my glasses, and merely asked the bud tender to tell me which of the three choices on the shelf were strain specific. Her answer was well, You'll just have to read them. I reminded her that, I needed glasses to read that and she pointed out again the label for me to read. It seems like a simple request to ask a supposedly knowledgeable bud tender to pick out which one of the three choices is strain specific. Because of the lack of help, I bought much less product than I had intended. Wonder if a blind person wanders into this store. Are they told to just read the labels? Disappointing visit all the way around. I will try back 1 more time hoping that maybe it was just the one person. read more

Terrible service . Don't use their atm either . It'll take your card and then pull the money out of your account but you won't get cash . The employees at vista act like they're doing you a favor by being there and the customer service line they have is a fraud and tragedy to business . Unfortunately I had a similar experience as many others on here. Came in with my husband and upon check out was greeted by this angry witch Diane. Extremely bad energy for no reason. Not sure what problems this person was dealing with but felt like they were taking it out on us. For such high prices you would think the customer service would at least be average. Was sooo excited to come here. Double checked they took credit cards before going. When I headed to checkout, the machines were down. (Oh, and I was told at checkout it was 10-11 dollar transaction fee). Apparently they'd been down all day but they didn't think to notify their staff or customers. I used to love coming here. Sadly, indifferent employees and not giving me my discount I'm going to pass on spending myhere. My last two visits I asked an employee a question and the answer was "I don't know, haven't tried it" ok, appreciate the honesty but can you not ask another employee? Both times the employee looked at me and said "what, I'm not going to BS you like other employees will do. Ok then! Not reassuring at all. Secondly, I had a large order, for me anyway ($250). I asked twice, is my senior discount in there and I was told yes. Got home and guess what, it was not applied! I called many times (no answer) and emailed them asking for an adjustment. I was looking on their website for a few different 1 OZ or 1/2 OZ packages so I decided to visit the store to check out the choices and see if anybody had any recommendations. What I found was the THC % listed on the website was in several cases completely different (not just a little different batch) than that listed on the specific product. Glad I went to the store instead of being unhappily surprised with my delivery. That said, I personally will not use their delivery because the THC numbers they quote online are completely unreliable. I also asked my budtender if anybody in the store had any experience or recommendations for any of the four products I had on top of the display case? Uh...nope. She didn't even try asking other staff members. Clueless and not helpful. I would have been better off pulling the products from the case myself. read more

I bought 3 clones and two clones are nearly dead and one is going strong and looks very healthy. The March and Ash policy is not to replace the dying clones but have the buyer contact the cultivator and get their consent to replace the problem plants. Unfortunately the cultivator ( Purple City Genetics) does not publish their contact information and their on line form only provides for purchasing clones and there is no way to request an exchange. Buyer beware. As stated previously, March and Ash do not support their products. I will not ever patronize this dispensary. read more

My first experience with Marsh and Ash was great. I plan on using them from now on. Our youngest son works for the biggest distillate in the Emerald triangle. SIDU. He recommends the brands that March & Ash carry. We want to buy "solvent less oil or liquid diamonds or cured resin. Sometimes they call it Rosin. The "good brands" are "Jetty Extracts", Connected, Alien Farms labs" friendly farms, and Loud & and Clear. He said to make sure cartridge connects to 100 and thread batteries, which is standard. He also said to try and not buy distillate oil many will be advertised as live resin but are 90% distillate and only 10% live resin. He said do not order these brands: Select, Raw Garden, Stiizy, Bloom Bloom farms, Rove, Kingpen, Cresco, ABX, Karvana, Heavy Hitters and Himalaya! I've noticed that the "good distillate" last much longer than the old ones. I sure helps you guys. It sure did help me. read more

I really love this place, the prices are pretty good and the merchandise is really good quality. The only bad thing is sometimes it the tenders will mix our orders up & we'll get wrong items. They usually fix it immediately and always are super helpful when an error comes up. I definitely recommend updating their website to make sure that they have the updated merchandise what's in stock and out of stock. Terrible return policy. They only replace defective items within 30 days of purchase. That may work for a cap cartridge, but if your expensive battery breaks on month 2 you're screwed. 30 days isn't even long enough for any defects to become apparent. I paid over 40 dollars for this "designer series" rove battery pack and it's already broken. This is only the second cartridge that I've used since getting it! I normally only smoke joints, so I haven't even used it enough for it to break apart like it did. I noticed it was acting funny today so I pulled out the cartridge and the entire connector came with it, attached to a wire and I can't get the darn thing back together. It's extremely unfortunate, considering the price I paid for "a quality device" now I've gotta shell out more money for another battery that might break 2 months later, or I end up with a useless 40 dollar cartridge. All I know is, I won't be purchasing any more devices from this place. Smh read more
