Each home required a pump, a complication; and each home had other issues to add to the degree of difficulty. I dealt primarily with Eric; he was patient with my questions and offered location options for the pump and electrical box. He was thinking of me as a homeowner and my future in this home; not just as a job to get done. He also assisted with references for tree work that was unrelated to his project but important to me. Today completes house #1; permits, inspections & back-filling. Finish grading and seeding will start tomorrow. House #2 is next; the easier of the two project. I'm certain it will be a breeze. There was also no resistance when I asked for a copy of their insurance certificate, I received it via email; I needed to put my eyes on it! I would HIGHLY recommend putting D. I called Lewis at Permanent Solutions and not only did he offer a free quote, but ran diagnostics with me over the phone, instructing me how to remove the shower valve and explaining what I was looking for. He was very responsive, professional, and friendly throughout the process, and I felt his quote was reasonable based on what I read on google. I also loved the technology he uses. Everything was digitized from quotes to payments and receipts. I even got up-to-date texts when he was en route to my residence. But the very best part was how quickly he worked. I was crunched with a deadline and he moved things in his schedule to accommodate finishing the work with plenty of time to spare. Truly appreciated, and I would use him again.

The estimate was on my porch when I got home and was very reasonable; especially compared to the prices I've previously paid to companies who did horrible, sloppy work and didn't even clean out the gutters thoroughly to boot. He even stopped by one morning to follow up a few days later and we made an appointment for him to do the work. When I returned from work that day my driveway was immaculate......the entire length swept perfectly clean (it wasn't that clean when I left for work that morning!!) The perimeter of the house was spotless and of course all the gutters and downspouts were clear of a lot of debris. Honestly, in the 14 years I've owned my home no one, not a single contractor, has worked as quickly, competently and cleaned up as thoroughly as this man. I would say he left the place as clean as when he arrived, but he didn't....he left it in better shape. We never even discussed how we would arrange payment, he just left a bill on the porch which I happily paid immediately.

He questioned me about my problem and I let him know what was going on. He asked me a couple simple questions and next thing I know he was on his way to my house because he said he had some time to do one more run before the sanitization place closed. Turns out my septic was so full that the tampons my stupid brother's girlfriend put down the toilet ended up backing up and clogging a drain. He then referred me to a draining company to have them come out the next morning and unclog the drain, he actually made the phone call himself sitting in my driveway and scheduled the appointment for me! Customer service like this goes a long way... He now has a customer forever and someone to refer more business to him.
