    a glass of wine

This charming family owned cheese shop offers not only a variety of excellent cheeses, but also pairings and wine tastings! It's like a fromagerie in the French countryside that beckons you with a colorful selection visible from the window. Upon walking in you are immediately greeted by pictures adorning the walls and various items on display. The interior setup more closely resembles someones living room, with a lively and welcoming feel. In addition to cheese, they also have books, crackers, jams, and several tables. After speaking with a helpful staff member, I decided to partake in a cheese and wine pairing. I decided upon the Curated Grazing Plate, a tantilizing sampler of four triple cream selections (Thames Herb, Elmstead Ash, Henley, and High Heaven). I was seated at one of the tables as Italian bread was brought out along a cheese board consisting of fig jam with a glass of red and a glass of white. Each cheese paired brilliantly with the sweetness of the fig jam atop the bread. Further, the wine provided the perfect complement of flavor that fused impeccably with the other sampling items. Overall, I was highly impressed with this place and look forward to another visit. If you're looking to a unique experience that differs from the normal night out, or just want to capture the essence of a European tradition - say cheese!

My go to place for artisan cheese. I love the knowledgeable and friendly owner who is most of the time on the premises. We used Marchant Manor for a corporate outing and had an excellent time making ricotta cheese and eating a delicious lunch. The wine and cheese pairing in the evening is wonderful and I only wished there would be a garden to sit in.

Best cottage cheese in the world. Huge curds. You'll never think of the word "tangy" in the same way ever again!

A beautiful and delicious European cheese shop! Kandice is very knowledgeable on cheese making and helping you to find a cheese to your specific taste. She specializes in bloomy rind and soft triple cream cheeses, using rich Guernsey cow and tangy goat milk sourced from a local Amish dairy in Stark County. The shop is in a old bank and includes the original vault! Happy hour includes specials on cheese and wine. Many different varieties to take home or enjoy in the beautiful shop Kandice loves making cheese and shows in her enthusiasm! There is also many extras to take home like capers, peppers, cheese wraps, wine, and cheese boards

$32 per pound for this sampler?!?!

Ok look...no doubt the cheese is delicious. It's very unique and you can tell a lot of care and passion go into creating it. I love the shop and I'm glad it's in my town. It's a cute place and the attention to detail is great. But my goodness, the prices are insane!!! I appreciate quality as much as the next guy, but this sampler was $32 per pound! That's not a typo. I LOVE cheese, but I've never in my life had a pound of cheese worth $32 and this is no exception. Holy smokes! I very much want to patronize this place, but not if I have to get a second job. Maybe I'll try something else next time, but I'm going to have to save up lol.

Nothing better before playhouse square than this...plus there is happy hour pricing!

I can't remember the names of them at this time but one had turkey and the other had salami. The sandwiches took about 15 minutes to prepare but they give you a buzzer to alert you when your food is ready so you can wander around in the mean time. The sandwiches are a little smaller so probably more of a lunch portion than a dinner portion and they don't come with any sides. The most enjoyable part of the sandwiches was the variety of textures they pack in. The lightly warmed roll had an enjoyable toothsome and chewy texture which contrasted with the soft cheese and pearly whole grain mustard. The deli meats themselves were good but nothing spectacular, I think to show off the creaminess of the cheese and the tangy zip of the mustard. As you would expect, the sandwich overall showcases the high quality ingredients you can purchase individually at their booth. Overall I'd say the sandwiches are good but relatively expensive for what you're getting. I probably won't be coming here for sandwiches often but may come here the next time I'm hunting some fancy ingredients for a charcuterie board.

You can also find grains, cases with dessert, and beer inside. The deli is extremely tidy. Various dining options exist - inside at a table (one table available) or outside/patio (two tables available). Service here is always top notch, genuinely nice people, and very quick service. Prices are comparable to prices at any other metropolitan spot. I'm obsessed with their Papa sub. It has prosciutto de Parma, Brie, wild arugula, local honey, and toasted pistachio. It tastes like eating a tasty charcuterie, so fresh and delish. Another favorite is rice pudding. It's so gooey and tasty. Every sub I tried here tastes extremely fresh and has quality ingredients. The bread, the meat, and the ingredients. Consistently delicious. It's a quality you'd expect at a restaurant, not a deli. Parking can be found on the other side of Lee Rd (municipal lot) or street parking in the area. If you'll enjoy this experience, the owner also owns Zina and Chicken Ranch in the next city over.

Humboldt bruleed cheese came with peppered arugula and crackers and fig jam and wasn't bad. The mortadella pizza was dry. The crust was not good. Too chewy. The star was the pasta as the pasta here is definitely the best section of the menu. The other food is average or even mediocre compared to how fresh and uniquely flavorful their pasta is. The campanelle was stuffed with capers, salmon, and herbs. Great mixins. Rich sauce , soft super fresh noodles.

My parents drove 2 hours this weekend to visit, and talked about how amazing the meal & our server, Jeremiah was the entire way home. The staff is very attentive, and knowledgable, and truly made us feel comfortable. Our server shared information about how ingredients were locally sourced, and answered all of our questions. When we dined, we ordered from the new spring menu. We got the charred broccoli, which was so unique and refreshing. It had a sweet note to it, which was wonderful. The house meatballs were full of herbs, and were paired with a flavorful red sauce. We also got the mussels, which were awesome! I also enjoyed their cherry bee cocktail, which is gin based, and it was tart, just the way I like them! My favorite dish there is the gnocchi, it is rich and the balsamic notes with the pears are just amazing. I got it on Valentine's day and thought about it ever since! The dessert, tiramisu was a nice way to finish the meal off. As someone who recently moved to the Cleveland area, I know there are a lot of good spots to try, but Scorpacciata truly is the place to be! The environment is so inviting, and the vibe makes me want to share this gem with everyone I know. Thank you, Scorpacciata, for an amazing meal every time.

I may be biased as a Ukrainian, but I love this food especially when missing being home, this is as close to home cooking that I found. If you're reluctant to come, at least come and try their foods in their deli section. Try the stuffed cabbage rolls, the pilaf with lamb, some cabbage salad. And get a couple slices of varieties of their cakes. You will not be disappointed, it is just so so good!

Yeleseyevsky Deli is my favorite local Russian store. I have been visiting this store for years. I always highly recommend it! Layout/Assortment: The store recently moved to a new, updated location. It is well lit, spacious, tidy, and well organized. The store departments are similar to what you would expect at a grocery store. Dairy, seafood, baked goods, produce, frozen foods, canned goods, prepared foods, vitamins, souvenirs, and wine categories can be found here. This store has more expansive inventory than other similar stores in the area. Products originate from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Turkey, and other parts of the world. All products are clearly labeled with the original language and English ingredient lists which makes the shopping experience less intimidating for a newbie. Recommended buys: If you're Russian, you'll be pleasantly surprised and nostalgic about everything. Kvas bread drink in the fridges, Olivie salad in the deli, Alenka chocolate at checkout, Russian greeting cards for every occasion, and the list goes on. If you're looking to explore Russian and European cuisine, I recommend trying Doktorskaya bologna (slightly smokey and flavorful), Belochka chocolate waffle cake (bold chocolate flavor), Ivan Chai (firewood tea with campfire taste), and Siberian pelmeni (so tasty). Feeling more adventurous? Try Birchtree juice, caviar, vodka-filled chocolates, frozen seaberry, Siberian pinecone jam, and oak broom for your next banya (sauna) visit. Service: The service is friendly especially if you're a regular. The store employees are bilingual - Russian and English. The checkout process is very expeditious. Savings: The store offers - "buy more, save more." Your receipt will be stamped with a coupon at checkout when you meet certain purchase threshold. Don't forget to grab free Russian newspapers on the shelves next to the entrance! They contain information about local events and businesses. Parking: Large parking lot is available in the front and the back of the store. Parking is very convenient. This store is suitable for routine grocery shopping and exploring new global foods. It's also a great destination if you're looking for a gift - greeting cards and boxed chocolates available. Or if you're looking to host a tea party - plenty of tasty sweets. I highly recommend visiting this store!
