We were seated quickly by Renê who - stated simply - provided the absolute best possible service. He provided English menus, provided all kinds of suggestions, was attentive, super-fast (btw, all the while knowing we were only getting a few drinks), responsive, helpful, gave tips, adjusted the menu, checked in on us, etc, etc, etc. Renê, you are awesome. Must be the European life that is used to a 2 hour plus dinner, as we found 1.5 plenty of time! Their signature is potato dishes, proven by the many potato related pictures and sculptures (even the bathroom!) around the restaurant. We went with the special of the month - salmon with zucchini noodles and a blood sausage hash. What appeared were two mountains of food that we thought no way we could finish. We clearly underestimated our power in front of tasty food as before we realized, we had polished off most of the dishes. Cooked superbly with potatoes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, we loved every bite.
