They were supposed to call before arriving FOR THE 1:00 appointment. in the meantime, my husband gets a call, on his job, notifying him of the same. Without knowing, we both altered our schedules and went home to find two YOUNG men, who looked like they were school aged teens. they did whatever they did, resulting in the same as a previous reviewer, more dust and buildup than before calling. Seems like they added to the problem then reducing it. After taking pictures, sending them to the office, they were supposed to have sent a supervisor out the following day. Instead, they sent the same two. Therefore, when asked about the supervisor, the scheduled another visit. At that time another man accompanied the two and went through the motions of running a machine. When they were leaving, I begin to hear a noise from our system, that had never been heard before. So, I called him back in to ask about it. The man who was supposed to be a supervisor said "oh, that's what you want to hear...that's your system working". NO! after that encounter, we called again but refused to accept anyone else coming out. Although they offered to refund our money, our system went completely out, not even able to run the fan on the unit. Resulting in the need for a more costly service. Basically, they blew dirt and crime into the inner coils, which they DO NOT service. SO, the moral of the story, choosing based on cost could cost a lot in the end.
