They usually have garlic bread at the buffet. And of course pizzas of different combinations are brought out to the buffet. Overall a good buffet that has different pasta dishes depending on the day of the week. The ambiance is typically quiet. You order at the counter and they bring it your order at the table. And to that, yes, it's Detroit style (313, baby! LGRW!) but it's also a nice change of pace. Detroit style is deep dish, but not in the way the 312 offers it. Not quite as dense, not a massive slab of lasagna baked into a pie crust. Detroit style is lighter (if that's a possibility in the realm of deep dish pizzas), with the cheese baking off the edge of the pizza onto the rectangular sheet pan that it's baked in. The result is a caramelized crisp on the edges of the rectangularly cut (not sliced) pieces. Jet's does a fine job for a chain. A fine enough job that I'll occasionally brave the Challenger/Charger/Inifinti/stolen Altima open-access dragstrip that is Germantown Parkway to get take out. And that's saying quite a bit.
