Just gonna let everybody know, I went to the Pizza Hut in rictown. First time, I've been off to this Pizza Hut in a long time. Not sure, really, what I wanted, I went into the store it was magnificent clean. I met a manager named Anna and one of the nicest nicest ladies I could ever want to meet. She told me the best thing on the menus. It was July 4th when I went up there and it was fantastic. I recommend everybody try that Pizza Hut. Ask for Anna. She's the manager up there and she's so nice if the Pizza doesn't look right or it's not up to standard, she'll make you another one. Ordered delivery. Pizzas came as ordered, tasted good! Packaged well and just right temperature. Driver was on time too.

I guess we got lucky. We were craving pizza and decided to place an order. We opted for a large pizza with split toppings...1/2 pepperoni with pineapple and one side just pepperoni. The order arrived faster than the quoted and it was hot upon arrival. The boneless chicken wings were ok...the sauce was slightly different than other buffalo flavors I have had. Pizza Hut pizzas are amazing. They taste so good. I like the way the store is set up. It's nice and clean inside. The bathrooms are clean and I like that when you go into the establishment and the bathroom is dirty it makes you want to leave. You don't wanna eat there but at Pizza Hut the bathrooms are very clean. Pizza Hut prices are really good. The customer service is impeccable. Pizza Hut really good. I love their pizzas. read more

I was craving something deliciously sweet and had a few Pizza Hut rewards to use. So I decided to order some cinnamon rolls using the app for curbside pick up. The app notified me the order was ready and I Sat for 10 minutes prior to calling them. I told them I had been waiting for my curbside order, the woman I spoke with seemed to have difficulty locating my order but eventually she confirmed it and it would be right out. The employee confirmed the address of the Pizza Hut, made sure we knew which of the two PH's in the area to pick up our pizza from and the telephone number that I dialed from. She repeated the order back correctly of a medium pizza with extra pepperoni, sausage and extra cheese. It would be ready in 15 minutes. We arrived as the 18 wheeler delivery was being finalized. As we waited about 10 minutes longer, I noticed a sign for parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes packets on two little buckets to the right of the counter. They were all out of Parmesan and I asked the manager if they had more? He quickly said no. Then, I'm like, "awww man that sucks, it makes the pizza". Of course, he used his brain by then and offered to check his delivery order for the item. It was a good thing for this Pizza Hut location because if this managerial looking man gave me the lazy I don't have anymore because you're darker than me thing going on, I was itching to post a negative review. BUT he was helpful at that time, knowing good customer service is key. So, Ha what do you know he had parmesan cheese packets in an instant! Hot but items very skimpy, I paid $23 for a stuffed supreme, what I got was a stuff crust , will I return, most likely not . Call back to the store was told by the mangers the pizza I got was to the specifications requirements . That he check all the pizzas , and if any more topping were to be put on there , it wouldn't cooked properly. Yesterday, I placed an order or a Supremo P'zone and a Hershey triple chocolate brownie and crush orange bottle 20 oz. But I enjoyed the service of the agent who I spoke with regarding my order. And boy was I surprised, the P'zone was very delicious, it sorta reminded me of eating a stuff crust pizza with meat and other toppings. Overall, I would recommend this Pizza hut location and the P'zone and brownie. read more

Hey, I have ordered Pizza at this place yesterday and they totally messed up my order, I have ordered two hand tossed Pizza but they made them as think crust and besides that they added giant sized onions and green peppers with out cutting in to small pieces...first thought of call them and return the order but I went to home and end up eating some other stuff. First we thought of going to pizza hut at Reisterstown road located @ 10244 Reisterstown Road Owings Mills, MD 21117....but lot of people told me that place is not hygenic. so friends be care full before ordering these places. Placed an online order at 5:57 pm and website showed expected delivery at 6:27 pm, (30 minutes). I called at 6:42 (45 minutes) and was told the pizza was dispatched for delivery. Pizza was delivered 15 minutes later which seems a bit too long since this Pizza Hut is just 1 mile from my address. The pizza was just bearly warm enough to eat the first sloces, needed to be warmed up as we continued to eat. Will strongly recommend NOT having the delivery service, to get the pizza hot enough too eat you must pick it up yourself. read more

We ordered the $10 box pizza with breadsticks and had it delivered. We were told delivery was going to take 30-35 minutes. Well, delivery took over an hour and the pizza and breadsticks were not even warm let alone hot. Very disappointing and will not have pizza delivered from there again. read more

We ordered the $10 pizza box from here Sunday evening. The delivery came 20 minutes later than what we were told. On top of that, nothing was hot. The breadsticks were topped with cheese and all the cheese was hard. Also, the pan pizza that came with the pizza box deal didnt taste like their normal pan pizza. Very disappointed. read more

Ordered the Pizza Hut box and the meat lovers pizza had a hair when I broke off a slice. Called the Pizza Hut location back and there wasn't any kind of apology or concern. She made the pizza again and when the delivery guy arrived, he said here take your pizza. I said, take my pizza? How about an apology for the hair in my pizza? He said to me, apologize for what, you wanted pizza, you got pizza. I understand that things happen and the hair wasn't done on purpose but when you spend over $40 at a pizza shop and it comes with a hair, a simple I am sorry should be standard. Ordered online for in store pickup. When i received my pizza it was normal pizzahut standard taste. We opted forthe garlic knots pizza with pepperoni. The wing street wings are delicious. Today they were cold. All and all it was standard carryout pizzahut. read more

Very quick delivery less than 30 minutes. Only one complaint, they ran out of banana peppers. Overall great and friendly service.
