First time ordering here. The pizza is delicious. The crust is perfect (original is what we ordered). The problem came w the meatball sub I ordered which came cold. I mean seriously cold. Sure, you can microwave it however the bread gets hot when the meatballs are tepid so it's really difficult to even out, only adding to the frustration. The pizza though, that's a 5. The sub was a 3 so I split the difference & learned from my mistake. The delivery was very fast IMO, less than 30 minutes so it wasn't that. This was my first time having Marcos pizza and they say first impressions are the best and in restaurant business it could make you or break you. Having said that I was not impressed infact very disappointed. When I walked inside the restaurant I wasn't greeted and after about 10 minutes a young lady came to the counter and asked me if I had a to go order I said no this is my first time here. She just stared at me. I said I've never been here they didn't have a menu showing everything the one they had showed sandwiches and desserts. So I asked her for the menu and what specials they had. She got flustered and said no look at the app. There seemed to have a lot of confusion in ordering band she didn't offer any help. Finally I ordered a small all meat and a medium all meat on regular crust. I received the pizza's and left . When I got home I placed two pieces on my plate and sat down to eat. Now I have had hundreds of pizzas from all over the country so I think I'm a relatively good judge of quality and taste. Well the first bite was bland not much flavor definitely needed at least salt and pepper I would of thought it needed some Italian seasoning. I asked her if they make their dough there or does corporate send it. She said they make it there well again I was disappointed. The crust didn't have any flavor nor did it have a nice bite and chew. It was very chewy and tuff even the end crust didn't have that snap your looking for. As for the toppings there was plenty, not bad the Italian sausage were nice big bites could have been a little bit more spicy for me but overall it was good. So in conclusion with so many choices for pizzas if you're first impressions don't overwhelm the customers they will go somewhere else. Me I won't have Marcos pizza again and I wouldn't recommend them for anyone else. The inside of the restaurant wasn't for dinning in. They had one table so it was set up for take out. My opinion is they need relook at their recipes and store through the customers eyes. read more

Pizza is still good but it wasn't similar to all the other pizza's I purchased. I think a new hire made my pizza this time. It's all about being trained correctly by staff members. Because of this last pizza it maybe a while before I return. The pepperoni toppings were great but the crust at the bottom, the cheese, and hamburger meat was hard. Yesterday, (4/10/21) I placed my order online at 2:45. I selected the "Delivery" option along with my items and payment info. I got home around 3:30 and waited till 4:00 to call. The guy that answered the phone was rude as I gave him my name. He said that my order was a carry out. I told him that my order was NOT a carry out due to the fact that I paid the delivery fee plus tip. He said they can deliver but I would be charged an additional delivery fee. I said that I'm not doing that and I will come by and pickup. Once I got there, the lady at the counter was having a major attitude problem as I explained to her what happened. They tried to keep my tip but I told her that I don't want to be charged for a tip for a service that wasn't performed. The guy that issued my refund was the same guy on the phone. For starters, we showed up for pick-up at the time they said it would be ready and they hadn't even put our pizza in the oven yet. Wings were burnt on the outside and dry chicken on the inside. The Bad: Super Bland Flavor - No Salt - No Herbs - No Spices In It At All. No flavor in the crust, nor in the ingredients - everything was very bland. It's kinda hard to think of the positives of this place since its sooo gross. Ive ordered from here before when they first open and it was yummy but damn what happen? Anyways back to the review I'm only giving this a two star because the guy only charged me 1.78 instead of the $19.99 order I called for. First they gave us the wrong order so we went back to get it fixed and once that was fixed I realized that I'm missing the drink that's supposed to come with the meal. It's now an hour I figured they only charged me $1.74 I'm pretty sure the 2lt of mt dew was gonna cost more so screw that! can't beat two med pizzas,cheese bread. WRONG I'm just WRONG! The pizza was cold and just gross it has this fake everything about it. The sauce the cheese it's just good enough to keep the kids happy. We enjoyed the pizza. Thin crust was pleasantly crispy and the rest was, as others have said, better than chain pizzas. It's not a gourmet pizzeria, but it's good solid normal fair. The restaurant, however, had grass or something in the ice dispenser and there was a definite lack of air conditioning on this hot summer day in Texas. If you live nearby, I'd guess the delivery is worth it, but I'd skip the shop in the summer unless they fix the air. read more

Great pizza, so fresh. You can customize your crust too. We like the garlic butter crust. The only down side is that after a couple of years in business they changed the fresh cut mushrooms to canned mushrooms. Yuck. So when we order online we leave of the mushrooms. !!!!THEY'RE BACK!!!!! I have dined at this Marco's many times, and the Pizza never disappoints. I escpecially LOVE the hawaiian bbq chicken pizza. I was sad when they closed briefly, but I understood at the same time - the buffet concept and layout of the place wasn't really the same Marco's experience I had enjoyed elsewhere. I AM SUPER EXCITED TO SAY that I drove by earlier this week, and THEY'RE RE-OPENING! They have apparently REMODELED THE WHOLE INTERIOR! Anytime we order pizza we do carry-out because seeing the staff, especially Carlos the manager, is always a treat. The first time I ordered from these guys it was great (in fact it was as excellent as any pizza I've ever eaten), but it was cut in squares (I HATE square cut pizza), but they sent me another one telling me to order via phone the next time, since their on-line system didn't provide for special instructions. Anyway, in a couple of weeks, I ordered again using the telephone only to discover that the prices were SIGNIFICANTLY higher than previously. When I asked why, they told me that the on-line system went through their corporate headquarters, but that over the phone was "just them" and they charged more. Needless to say, I called Pizza Hut. I did try to give them one more chance last night. I paid the higher price and it was GOD AWFUL! You can't imagine how bad it was(and I can eat anything). The crust was slightly burned and there was very little on it. Now if they were charging CiCi's or Little Caesar's prices it would have been marginally okay, but these guys charge $15.00+ for a pizza! I'm not exaggerating. Frozen Red Barron would have been just as good, and on top of that, the girl who took my order was VERY rude. Nope, never again. read more
