This was our first time trying this restaurant and we won't be back. If you're looking for a quality meal, this isn't it. The prices are reasonable, especially compared to similar restaurants in the area but the food is lacking in taste and quality. I was highly disappointed by our experience. To start, the wine was warm - not room temperature, actually warm. We added a few ice cubes to make it the right temperature. The bread starter was a sad, undercooked version of garlic bread? The salad, which is a starter option that is included with your meal, had lettuce that was wet, mushy and brown. The pasta was overcooked and mushy as well. I got the baked ziti, which ended up actually being rigatoni, covered in an incredible amount of cheese - too much it was inedible. Our meals were hardly touched when we got the check. Our waitress, however, was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The ambiance is casual - good for families and kids but less so for date nights or more personal groups. If you're looking for an authentic, higher quality meal - I recommend La Famiglia in downtown Huntington. read more

Ha ha, Fazoli's! Joke is on me...I got the 4 person Family Meal Baked Duo with spaghetti and meat sauce and the baked chicken parmigiano. Well, the chicken in the chicken parmigiano is tiny and looks like someone took a kitchen mallet to some chicken nuggets and tossed them in with a massive amount of spaghetti. I now have a ton of spaghetti and 4 itty bitty pieces of chicken. read more

Was initially excited, Italian fast food..sounds great right? No, it was the complete opposite. I had ordered Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo, but they had rung it up as Fettuccini Alfredo, after informing them that they had gotten my order wrong the hostess had said she would see if there was a price difference between the two. Surely enough there was, and she offered for me to go up and get the chicken on the side, an additional $2.12. I finally started to eat my meal, the noodles weren't even cooked all the way, and the Alfredo sauce tasted as if they were from a store bought can. Absolutely horrible. read more

We don't have Fazoli's at home anymore so we stop here when in town and so far have only had great service! The food is fresh, employees friendly and check on you while you're dining. I'm not sure why the stars are so low. It's not a legit Italian restaurant of course, it's fast food but still very delicious and again the service has always been great. read more

I placed a large to-go order and the lady who took the order was super nice and everything I ordered was accurate. And I ordered a lot, so I was impressed that there were no mistakes. The good: The breadsticks, fettuccine Alfredo and strawberry Italian Ice were all really delicious. The lasagna was also really good. I made a comment that it was better than Olive Garden and someone else said they were thinking the same thing. The bad: The chicken parmigiana was rubbery like it was reheated leftovers and I threw it away after one bite. The spaghetti was bland and the meatballs were also bland and not good. We gave them to the dog. I'll go back for sure, but I'll stick to lasagna or Fettuccine Alfredo. The breadsticks are SO good! read more

Amazing food and personalization. I would have rated it 5 stars but the pizza was below average for an Italian restaurant.

It has been awhile since I've visited any Fazoli's restaurant. My wife and I decided to give it a shot. Overall the food was bland and I felt like the price/per order wasn't worth it. Also, we don't like the fact that the menu wasn't online (or if it was we could t find it via mobile). The overall selection looked pretty similar to the last time we were there (a few years ago) but I feel like portion size has went down. I don't know if we will visit another Fazoli's (or this one) again. read more

Its not bad, its what you would expect from a restaurant that sells fast food italian food. The food is simple and rather bland for my taste. However if you have kids, they will probably love it and its cheap. read more

I am a senior citizen and was delighted by an employee Joseph Herman who helped me beyond the normal service received in fast food restaurants. At first he refused my tip, yet I insisted that he take it. The food is what one should expect in this type of restaurant. Staff was friendly and professional. read more

I went through the drive thru on 4-13-15 at 4:00pm. I ordered two happy meals one was pepperoni pizza, one was cheese pizza. The pepperoni pizza was for my oldest (who is 8) she ate it in the car. My younger one did not touch hers, she ate the breadsticks. Well by midnight of that night my older one was sick, she woke up throwing up several times. She had been complaining of stomach pains before this, she did not eat anything else after she ate the pizza. Needless to say she obviously had food poisoning from the pizza. She then had to miss 2 days of school because of this and do a sick visit to the doctors office. I called Fazolis on US 60 east, huntington wv (this is near barboursville) and told them what happened. The "On duty manager" proceeded to tell me that she would have to talk to her manager (was not there apparently) and find out what they could do. She said that they would contact me later. I then called the corporate office they called me back to state that they were very sorry that she my daughter got sick and they would be sending me a "Free Coupon" in the mail for another kids meal. Yea right like I will ever let my daughter eat here again or at any fazolis for that matter. I myself will never eat here again. I would recommend that you do not eat here. read more
