Negative Stars. Asked to use the pictured coupon at this location on Wade Green that does not expire for another 2 weeks and was told I couldn't. Even tho this coupon was mailed to the entire neighborhood, this location did not opt in to the deal corporate printed and mailed. Very weird!! The employee on the phone (who stated he was the Manager) was completely frustrated having to explain that corporate just prints and sends what they want...and each individual location doesn't have to honor it. The employee/ "manager" further told me the deals change daily, he didn't know the daily deal...and at the end of the conversation he magically came up with a random deal for the day. Telling your coworker that "he needs to figure it out" when it comes to something a manager should train their employees on is disrespectful to the customer waiting for you for 10 min whilst YOU do a delivery. When was the last time you ordered a pizza from Marcos and it was tough - TUFF! This was not a fancy pizza. It was a plain extra large pizza. Seems like it probably was warmed in the microwave and I do mean warmed. It certainly wasn't hot or fresh out of the oven. And I picked it up only 20 minutes after ordering. The Marcos on Wade Green Rd is poorly ran. Got charged twice this week for pizza. Took all week to get ahold of the General Manager. And only got him on the phone because I kept calling. He obviously did not intend to call me back. I was told by the staff to file a claim with my bank. Seriously, you screw up and charge me twice then tell me to file a claim. I still have NEVER been apologized to, even by the general manager. This is not the first time we have had a problem with this Marcos. I will NEVER order pizza from this location again. i've just started ordering from Marco's. I must say their customer service is outstanding I work with a young man name. Courtney Gordon has been able to supply me with recommendations, which he has been right on point my last two orders included a magnifico and a pepperoni melt all of his recommendations, the pizza arrived on time it was hot and it was very good. I will continue to use Marco's Pizza for my Friday night. Fun night you should try that. read more

This was GOOD pizza. I have no complaints. Delivery was on time and the pepperoni was done very well. They left enough above the cheese to actually crisp in the oven which is my favorite. The white pizza was also good. All around I think I have a new pizza place. They only deliver through grubhub which added some cost but I'm ok with that for good pizza read more

I placed an order at 4:08 today through your Marcos app. It was promised for 4:28 after t my order I saw nobody was working on it. So I started to call at 4:15 and I was on hold for 15 mins so I began to drive to the store as I live off Wade green. I was still on hold and when I get to the store it was closed. It's Saturday at 4:30 so for it to be closer is unprofessional!! On top of that how can I place an order of the store was closed. When you first walk in, place looks kinda small but quite clean.. the stsff are quite friendly and very helpful.. even gave us a couple suggestions that helped out tremendously.. i have to admit, this place exceeded my expectations. Prices seemed to be very reasonable for what you get.. service was fast... they have about 4 or 5 different free crust "toppings" to pick from. Everything seemed to be fresh.. id suggest that everyone give this place a try.. they do have limited seating so i dont think i would dine in at peak hours though.. read more

Some of the best pizza I have ever had. The staff is friendly, the managers are professional and the drivers are extremely helpful. My only gripes are that lately the last couple of times I have gone the girl manager in charge around the night times has been bringing her friend and they talk while the rest of the staff works. She is very nice however I could have gotten my pizza 15 minutes sooner if she wasn't so distracted. Other than that I recommend the white cheezy and mushroom magnifico which was an old pizza but they keep making it for me :) read more

Marco's on Wade Green Road has horrible customer service. I've called and ordered pizzas on numerous occasions since they've been opened on Wade Green Road in Kennesaw. They messed up my order but when I called and complained, the guy who took my order saw the error, but gave the phone to the manager (named Sarah) and I was shocked as to how rude she was. She said because I had called three other times and complained there was nothing she was willing to do. I told her it wasn't my fault they have messed up my orders when I've called to place the orders and paid good money for pizzas that I made sure were read back to me twice. Previously, the owner gave a discount toward my future order when he realized "their" error. Clearly, they need to train either their employees taking the orders over the phone or their cooks who are reading the orders. There's a disconnect somewhere. I didn't trust ordering online due to previous problems with their system. This restuarant is clearly not prepared to operate on a large scale. The manager (Sarah) who I talked to in my most recent complaint (back in October 2021) was not interested in resolving the problem with my order, even though THEY messed it up and she knew it. After previous mistakes they've made, I still patronized their business because I felt they were truly sorry and I was trying to bless their business. However, after this nasty manager spoke to me so rudely, I decided that was the last time for me. For years, I have only ordered from Papa Johns but stopped for two years to join the boycott against that restuarant. However, after dealing with Marco's manager (Sarah), I've returned to Papa Johns and my family and I have been again thoroughly enjoying the true authentic "Works" pizza. The female manager at Marco's has shown worse customer service than I've ever experienced at Papa Johns. (The kind of experiences I've had has been for example, I always order a large thin crust pizza ("Works" type pizza) including everything with added jalapeños, extra cheese, and extra Italian sausage. After paying for the extras, on several occasions I didn't have extra cheese, no or very few jalapeños, and the pizza's crust was thick. There would not be enough cheese even as a single layer to hold the pizza together, which is why with Marco's I just pay for extra cheese.) Since the female manager (white female) was SO nasty in her attitude and wouldn't acknowledge this error as theirs (for the 3rd time), I've decided not to return and have told my family and friends to stop patronizing them. There are too many other pizza restaurants around here with much better customer service!!! read more

Started off terrible. I ordered online to get carryout. I went into to Marcos on Wade Green to pick up my pizzas. Was greeted at the register then the guy looked at his phone for the next 5 minutes. Finally I said, can you help me??? He laughed and said yeah. Unbelievable. Then I get my pizzas and the toppings were wrong on all 3 of them. I ordered half onions on one and the pizza had all onions, a pepperoni pizza and it had pepperoni and onions, and I ordered a medium pepperoni and onion and it was missing at least half of the onions. The manager came over and I kid you not, laughed. He said he would remake just one but not the others and if i wanted new ones, he would charge me again. The last time I came here a month ago, I ordered the pepperoni magnifico with bacon and I got home and it was missing the pepperoni. I don't know what is wrong with this place. They had 6 workers including the manager there and I was the only customer for 30 minutes. I'm never going back here. They just don't care. read more

I have always liked Marco's pizza and the Wade Green Rd location had always been very good, pickup or delivery. However, since the new Big Cheese pizza was introduced the other pizzas are not very good, too much cheddar cheese or whatever ruined it. I like a traditional Italian pizza with white cheese like mozzarella, peppers, onions, and any of the classic meats. I think I will wait to see if they return to the traditional flavor. read more

This was our first (and maybe only) time at any Marco's. We ordered a veggie pizza with EXTRA SAUCE (which is what we order whenever we get pizza from anywhere b/c the sauce is where the flavor is). It didn't seem like the extra sauce message was getting through, so we repeated it FOUR times until we were assured that it would be made with extra sauce. Sure enough, when the pie came out, it had extra cheese (gross!) but barely any sauce. We brought this up and at first they tried to pass it off like it was actually made with extra sauce, but it was too obvious that it wasn't, so then we were told we could have it re-made, but we had just finished a six mile hike/bike/swim, so we said no thank you. They did offer a free drink for the trouble (at least Marco's has Pepsi, which we like better than coke). But when we got home and ate the pizza, it was so disappointing and bland. The mushrooms are rubbery (from a can?) and the stuff that they put on the crust did not taste good and made it resemble soggy cardboard. It's a shame b/c there is a new Marco's opening very close to our home, but we can get way better pizza faster and for 1/3 of the price across the street at Little Cesar's. read more
