I stopped by this Jet's Pizza once, mainly just to try the location--not because I was unhappy with Jet's in general. Overall, it was fine. Nothing bad, nothing standout. That said, it was probably one of the better Jet's pizzas I've had. The pizza was solid, cooked well, and did exactly what it needed to do. It filled me up, and for a quick pizza stop, that counts for something. It wasn't overly wowing or memorable, though. If I'm being honest, I forgot I had even been here until recently, which kind of says it all. For a pizza place, it didn't really separate itself from the pack. I wouldn't avoid this location, but it's also not one I've gone out of my way to return to. If you're already in the area and craving Jet's, it'll get the job done. read more

I ordered a pizza from you from Uber eats today and a friend picked it up for me. I normally get the Hawaiian but was hungry for pepperoni so I ordered a large and paid for double cheese. (Ha Ha) it was the worst pizza I ever ate in my life like a piece of cardboard with cheese as thin as a piece of paper. Very Disappointed normally they are very good. They missed the mark big time. I can get pepperoni cheese bread with extra cheese at Little Caesars for about $8 And it is 10 times better than what I received. My first choice for quick, cheap pizza lunch was closed so diverted here. Never been to one. Didn't realize it's so small - just a walk-in place with two small wrought-iron tables outside - but the lunch special (traditional Detroit-style pan pizza) was fast & surprisingly tasty! It's so small, they only have bottled drinks - no fountain & no brewed tea & Pepsi products to boot (meh), so next time will bring a drink or just plan to take out, but again, fast, good & cheap for the pizza win. read more

If you're going to have pizza do yourself a favor and order from Jet's. This is not the place for skinny pies these pies are thick and full of a taste. The crunchy sides of the pan pizza delight more than one of your senses. Super friendly staff. It is a grab and go place so the ambiance really doesn't matter. I was sad that the Jets in Woodstock is permanently closed, but the pizza's still good. It's cheesy bread I've never tried until this instance and it was so good. Brownie doesn't disappoint though. I am giving this Jets location 1 star bc this is my 2nd time ordering take out and the pizza was trash.. both times my pizza was over cooked and dry. I live 25 minutes from this location and I expect to not have my pizza burnt when I returned home. CS is lacking thereof.. the guy in the store tonight on December 28, 2022 @ 530 pm just seemed so bothered. Like I was a nuisance for calling in. Then on top of that my pizza is burnt, overcooked and dry. Not a happy customer and I will be posting about this location and reaching out to corporate. I write this review with disappointment because over the years this establishment has provided great service and very tasty food. However except for the front cashier the staff is very cold and unwelcoming and would really benefit with customer service training, the food is no longer worth the bad service. I am totally impressed with JETS (off Dallas hwy.) Every-time I order the young man who has taken my phone order has been courteous , efficient, helpful, patient, speaking kindly and clearly. Whether I go to pick it up or have it delivered the guys have been a pleasure to do business with. They routinely deliver on time or earlier than quoted by several minutes. My kids love their pizza and the varieties that they offer. I appreciate the competent employees at JETS. Have been ordering for several years and pizza is always good. What has changed drastically is their service. Recently ordered a pizza on a Friday night at 6:30 with a delivery time given to me by Jet's as 7:26. I called 3 times between 7:40 and 8:20 asking about expected delivery. Was told that truck had been sent out 15 minutes prior - I live directly behind the restaurant. 2nd call I was told they were short on drivers. 3rd time they said it would be another 15 minutes. So now I'm hungry and grumpy - I asked mgr what he intended to do and he said "what do you think I ought to do". He finally said they would refund my credit card - that never happened. This location on Dallas Highway across from the Avenue used to be our family's go to for pizza delivery. It was always hot, fresh, and delicious. Today I am ending that relationship and will be using Peace, Love, and Pizza from now on. On my last two orders at this location, I was told incorrect delivery times, and today learned that Jet's is handing off their deliveries to second hand companies such as Door Dash. I only learned that when I got a text from Door Dash telling me that my food was on the way. I did not authorize Jet's to provide a second hand company my home address or my cell phone number. I do not use these delivery services and am not pleased with being misled. The food arrived 30 minutes later than promised, was cold, and the order was incorrect. While Jet's did offer to fix the error, it was going to take another hour to receive. We just ate sandwiches. read more

We ordered from Jet's for the first time over the weekend. I found the ordering process a little confusing even after going online. They have so many different types of pizzas - with regards to crust type & size. For instance - they have a square pizza - but they also have an 8 corner pizza that is square - but it has more corners - I think it's baked in separate pans for people who like pizza crusts - which I find surprising because no one in my family will even eat crusts but me - and always thought I was in the minority - but, as usual, I digress. They also have a turbo crust, thin crust, a deep dish and New York Bold Fold. Then on top of that you can have your crust "flavorized" with butter, poppy seeds, parmeson, romano, sesame seeds, garlic or cajun seasonings. Whew! My head was swimming. We settled on 3 small pizzas and a chef salad - the small, deep dish pizzas. The toppings were very fresh - and the cheese was good and plentiful. I also ordered a chef salad - and it was amazing! The verdict - the Barbecue Chicken pizza was the best - the - All Meaty pizza was a close second and the Jet 10 (kinda like a supreme pizza) was a little disappointing. Three small pizzas and a salad set us back over $40 so we definitley won't make this our new 'go to' spot because if we'd ordered our regular meal of 2 large pizzas, wings, etc - it would have been WAY too expensive. The final verdict - the staff was EXTREMELY friendly - the guy who took my order over the phone was super charming and friendly (and patient) and even the delivery driver was friendly & funny. I wanna see this place succeed - but to do that I think they're gonna have to streamline the menu and offer more 'specials' and 'deals' geared towards families. But a place with a friendly staff, great produce and pretty good food - I can't give 'em less than 4 stars! read more

This lovely little guy greeted my husband as soon as he opened the salad. The first manager I spoke with asked if we wanted a new one. Uh, no thanks. I am extremely disappointed! I have order from here before but this past order took 2 and 1/2 hours on a weekday! The website said it would take 1 hr to be delivery. We called 1 and 1/2 hours in and they said the driver left 15 mins ago. At 2 hours we called and they told us they ran out of dough and that our pizza would arrive in 15 mins. While waiting to inside with my 6 yr old son to pick-up my pizza and wings, the staff is having a conversation and every other word is a curse word. Both pizzas and the cheese bread was way undercooked and doughy. I've been up sick since 4 o'clock this morning and probably going to miss today's work and end up with salmonella and E. coli. Our new favorite take out / delivery pizza. Sorry Papa John, but you have been kicked to the curb. Jet's makes it so easy. I order online, tell them a pickup time in the drop down menu, then pick up at my desired time. All the account information is stored online. Pizza is so good. Had the four corner pizza tonight with pepperoni and green peppers. Previously have dined on the thin crust large. Either is a good choice, and more than enough for two people. Most underrated item is the garden salad. The ranch dressing tastes awesome. I'm sure it's some cheap concoction, but I like it. Until someone is better, Jet's is my choice for takeout pizza. I absolutely love their pizza, but I've been wrestling with their website for years. It used to be just unusable. They'd ask for your zipcode, then take you to a page that asked you for your zipcode again. Okay, it looks better now, but yesterday I placed an order online (I thought, because I got to the very end of the order and couldn't find the "submit" button") and drove up there. They didn't have my order because apparently I hadn't completed the order. I swear I looked, but couldn't find a submit. BUT, that turned out to be a good thing. When I went up there to pick up my order and they didn't have it, I ordered it verbally. The order came to about $13 for an 8-corner pepperoni and a couple of topping. That was $10 less than if I had ordered it online. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I came home and entered a fake order again, and confirmed that it was indeed $10 more to order a pickup. I checked it again just before writing this review. Don't order online. If anything, call them up in person or just go up and wait for your order. Screw their website. It looks nice and is more easily navigated, but I don't trust it. Having said all that, their pizza is AWESOME. Sorry that I can only give you 3 stars. read more

We had been getting flyers for this place since late last year or early this year. They had a picture of a square pizza, which we thought was unappetizing looking. However, they recently sent one with a picture of a round pizza which looked good. So, we ordered it. Very good!! Fresh and tasty and not expensive. We like it better (far) than Little Caesers.
