The breading was light, the fish was perfectly cooked, and the combination of flavors was very well done. While I am not a fan of the texture of gnocchi...this was really good with the cream sauce. What sets this place apart...the people! Yes...the food is great! But when you spend four hours enjoying a great meal, intriguing conversation, and a smattering of food theory you know you've found a bit of paradise. Don't be afraid of the spice levels, they range from 1 to 10, with 10 coming in at about a 4 for spicy food lovers. The chili oil / chili crisp is also really good, not sure if they make it in house or not, but be sure to get a little container of it.
