This is super unfortunate. I usually love this place. I ordered pizza tonight and found a charred roach on my pizza while I was eating it. I immediately called the store and the manager on duty was extremely unpleasant, refused to refund me, and adamantly denied that there was anything wrong with my food. If they wanted to apologize and send me another I could have worked with that. Because I do love this place. But the poor customer service put a sour taste in my mouth....not to mention the ROACH I found in my food. Beware. They might be good, but your food also might come with bugs and they'll do nothing for you. read more

I was ordering a pizza for my next-door neighbor, who mowed my yard for me. I was thumbing through Yelp and found this place. I've never ordered from here, so I thought what the heck. What I ordered was a sausage thin crust pizza. Well, you can see in the photo that I received a Sausage-less burnt cheese pizza. The only thing I liked about it was that it was cut in little squares and it was thin crust. Needless to say, I'm not giving this to my neighbor. I won't be ordering from here anytime soon. In Nashville for my wife's 60th birthday. Ordered on our last night in town. Had the cheesy breadsticks and meat lovers pizza. Pizza arrived nice and hot and in the timeframe they stated. Pizza had good flavor and good amount of toppings. The dipping (pizza) sauce for the breadsticks was really good. Would definitely recommend them. I recently ordered the same thing as before (large veggie, looked so colorful packed with veggies ) only to find out it has green and black olives, onions and some scattered bell peppers (not on every slice) . The service was not great. When there are two people in the place I expect to be acknowledged. The one person in the back was the only staff I saw. The pizza was ok but not my fav. The front of house was more of a waiting area than a dine in restaurant. Try it but don't be confused by the name it is not an old pizza parlor by any means. read more

My husband decided he wanted "a snack" at 11:30 at night. That's quarantine, baby! So I hopped on DoorDash to see who was still delivering, but everyone was closing in 30 minutes and I didn't want to be THAT person. I kept clicking to see if anyone was open later and Pizza In & Go caught my eye, delivering until 12:30am! I'm definitely more okay ordering an hour before closing than 30 minutes. Wary of late night delivery places after an exceptionally mediocre experience with Till Five, but not wanting to waste too much time, I hastily piled on some toppings and hoped for the best. I was half-expecting to get a phone call from DoorDash that the restaurant was actually closed, as had happened to me in the past, but no, there was my contactless pizza, left at my door, right on time. Armed with paper towels and prepared for the worst, I crept open the box and peeked inside. And there it was -- pizza! Perfectly browned and gooey cheese, crispy-edged pepperoni, not skimped on toppings pizza! I still can't believe it! The texture was pretty perfect and it really tasted like someone put care into making it, even though we ordered an hour before closing. (Sorry!) Very reasonably priced compared to other pizza places in the area and a welcome addition to our delivery rotation. read more

We ordered the Calzone with pepperoni and the garlic bread. The calzone was edible, all we could taste was the cheese, pepperoni was almost nonexistent. The garlic bread at OG is far better than here. We will try the pizza next time, but not the calzone or the garlic bread. read more

I contacted and was told I would receive my pizza in a few minutes . The pizza was not delivered until 30 minutes later, without explanation or anything to rectify the issue. We've now ordered take out pizza from Pizza In and Go about four or five times (this last time I got some buffalo wings as well) and while I love both Slim and Husky's and Starwood, Pizza In And Go is quickly becoming my favorite for pizza in the area. Everything is always fresh, the restaurant is always clean, the family that runs it is very friendly and most importantly the food is consistently great. Not black owned first lie! Food is decent but service has been lacking. Went there three times and it got worse. I definitely wouldn't be back. Called in my order waited 30 minutes pulled up and had to wait for 30 more minutes. All while customers were getting their food. Food is amazing!! I've had the cal-zone and the Stromboli. The first time I had the cal-zone and it was perfect! The dough is tender, fresh and just the right amount of seasoning. I took my son and we both had stromboli. He said I'd love it so tried it. After the first bite my son was very happy already talking about he would have to bring his wife and son. Mine, of course, was as great as before. Went back later that night and got another stromboli for supper that night. To me they are huge but leftovers are perfect the next day just wrapping in foil and bake at 350 degrees until warm. You can not go wrong here.
