Growing up in Fairview, and even being a former employee at Snappy's Pizza, I can confidently say you won't find better pizza anywhere else. As this small town continues to grow and slowly turns into a copycat version of Spring Hill with Domino's and Pizza Hut moving in, I truly hope those big chains never overpower this local gem. Snappy's sits right in the heart of Fairview and offers a wide variety of menu options along with some really great desserts. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they care about cleanliness and making customers feel welcome. The restaurant keeps that small-town charm alive with local memorabilia, old football jerseys, and Fairview signs decorating the walls. It feels personal, familiar, and authentic. That said, the one thing I wish this place would improve is the safety and treatment of employees. I only worked there for a few months, but I know several people who stayed for years and still work there today. Like many mom-and-pop restaurants, there are definitely areas where OSHA standards and food-handling practices could be improved. The employees work hard and get the job done, but I genuinely believe stronger management and better employee support would help this place thrive for another 30 years. Don't get me wrong, the current management does care, and the restaurant has a lot of heart. Tried Snappy sub sandwich to go order Service was excellent the girl taking orders was very helpful . (the menu print font was small on bright orange paper difficult for a color blind guy like me to read without magnification ? or maybe additional contrast ) . Had a beer while I waiting , the beer selection was horrible basically Bud. Products . The sandwich was itself was good , flavorful warm bread much better than subway, however the side chips were soggy this was due to the takeout container foam based product holds moisture this is an issue I've experienced numerous times with take out orders here in the south . These foam products hold moisture and literally destroy fries, chips ect. I'd recommend switching to a paper base container or putting the chips in a separate bag . Ambiance was lacking don't think I'd eat in. Beer and pizza go well together maybe adding a couple of local choices to the selection of products would help ! read more

Normally, I believe in compliments and complaints being delivered personally and have not resorted to Yelp. I also expect both of those to be accepted equally. As of last nite, I have been told my business is no longer wanted by the owner, I am resorting to this. The owner knows she has a lock on the pizza business in Fairview and her patrons will take what she dishes up AND OUT! IMHO a business, especially a restaurant, has three responsibilities: turn out a good product, promote good customer service, and maintain good employee relations--with the first two being paramount. This owner thinks the last is the MOST important. Since last nite was football Friday in Fairview, Snappy's was busy, so I asked to speak to Tammy or Kat to make sure my takeout pizza order was taken correctly. The girl who answered told me they were both busy but she assured me she would get it done correctly, so I gave her the order. My brother in law picked my pizza up and when opened at home it was not what I had asked for. I called back and registered my concerns to the owner, and then a few minutes later, she decided that since I had the temerity and gall to call, that I needed to be called back and get a dose of her displeasure about my expecting my order to be correct. I've been patronizing this establishment since we got here in 2006 both at their old location and at the new one so it's not like I am unfamiliar with it or a new comer. SADLY, I'M DONE. read more

Pretty new to Fairview and was pleasantly surprised to find Snappy's as we used to frequent the one in Mt. Pleasant all the time. Apparently it's a local chain--who knew!? Anyway, I love the pizza. The moz' is extra thick and stringy. I don't know where they get it from but its unlike any other pizza. The prices are certainly competitive with larger chains as well. Haven't tried the sandwiches here but they look great too. Highly recommend. One star off because there's no drive thru and delivery during the pandemic has been sketchy at best, but it's like that with every restaurant. Will definitely return. read more

Average at best. Waitress was kind. Ordered the 12" pizza. All ingredients are canned and nothing fresh on the pizza. Asked if they give a military discount and the manager quick without a smile said. It is OK, but sorry we don't with a smile is no problem. Would I go back? Probably not... Just very average. Called at 9:06 to be told they close at 9:30. Call back two minutes later and the first word out of the counter persons mouth is "can you be on your way? We close at 9:30". This is the best pizza in town, unless you like the taste of the mass produced junk they spit out at Pizza Hut. The best comparison I could give to Snappy's would be the pizza from Domino's. If you haven't tried Domino's Pizza in a while they have changed a lot about their recipe. I know Domino's is a chain but they are a really good pizza chain. The food is good but the service is horrible. Tried to call in a carryout order and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. After the completely awkward dead silence after stating "I would like to place a carry-out order", I asked what the special was. "We don't have specials" was the reply followed by more dead silence. My household is one that eats pizza more often than it should. We used to eat at Snappy's fairly routinely. I'm not sure what changed or when, but after several negative experiences (requested bacon on pizza once and literally had so much much bacon you couldn't see ANYTHING else, was completely inedible due to the saltiness; toppings not heated through-i.e. mushrooms were lukewarm on top of pizza, tasted like they'd been tossed on after pizza was done, maybe they forgot initially; less and less cheese-just to name a couple of issues), and a steady increase in the cost of the pizzas, we no longer eat at any Snappy's. read more

me and my family got food poisoning from eating there yesterday usually there good but i will never get anything from snappys again
