After dealing with power outage issues and AC issues we just decided to order from here. They do a great thin crust square cut pizza. Pepperoni, shrooms and onions is all I need to make it good. It was ready when we got there. The staff was very nice and professional. The place looks clean. You can dine in but I don't think Ive ever seen anyone doing tht. Sarah (the assistant manager) promptly took my order. She greeted me with a smile, and was very friendly. I ordered a pizza with white sauce and pepperoni. I started calling at 6pm on Monday April 6. It rang and rang, decided to go up there, when I got there you could still here the phone ringing and NOONE was answering. The team work that this place shows under pressure is amazing. The employees even though they seem stressed out of their mind keep smiles on their face and are able to make jokes. What is frustrating though is that on my visit today the team of employees that were working this evening with a large amount of orders to fill were left alone by their shift lead Haylee which is truly ridiculous. A shift lead needs to stay till their replacement comes and that's the most basic rule when it comes to jobs similar to this. I give a 1 star to that shift lead but 5 stars to those hard working employees and the amazing manager that came in and hopped right to work to get those orders out. read more

To be honest, had it delivered and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered a medium pepperoni and jalapeño and a medium Canadian bacon and mushrooms. This place bills itself as the "most successful Marco's Pizza in the country". Since it was my first time at a Marco's, I couldn't say, but I can say that the service here was first rate. It's a walk-in, order at counter kind of place. However, once you're seated, they shower you with attention. Lovely. Our pizzas were delivered cheerily and with offers for trays, tools and lifters. The server came back more than once to ask if we needed anything, and happily fetched us things we could have easily gotten for ourselves. The manager came by to see how we were doing, and asked if it was our first time. We all felt very spoiled and cared for. You can tell a lot about the culture of any establishment by the vibe when you walk in. Each patron was greeted with a cheery, "Welcome to Marco's!" upon entry. It kind of got to where we wanted to holler "Polo" whenever we heard "...Marco's!" All in all a fun place to eat. Oh, and the food's pretty good too! read more

Placing my order, I was placed on hold which was not a problem for me. When the young lady answered the phone she started with, "uuggghhhghhh... Mom youre going to have to answer the other one....." i asked her if they were having a rough day and she responded very short... My last experience was disheartening. The pizza at this location is awesome and I haven't had trouble in the past. But it seems things have changed. The guy who took our order (Tyler S) was extremely rude and seemed bothered we called. A few days after the cc original pending charge. I was charged an additional amount a little over $7 for no reason. I definitely wouldn't recommend calling in or using your cc. Maybe try going into the location and seeing if you're experience is better or if you opt for a call in then watch your charges later. read more

This is the only place I order pizza from because of how they make the pizza and how quick they make it. I am a loyal member and this particular day they have forgot to make my order when my order was supposed to be ready. I paid for my pizza at 11:50, it is now 12:50 and somehow they "can't find my order" so now I am having to wait more and more time for my pizza to be found or made. Yeah, no. Oder was supposed to be ready at 5:55-6:05 pm. I walk in at 6:03 to let them know I'm there to pick it up. They hit me with a "its in the oven and should be out shortly". Cool, I get a couple fresh pizzas. NOPE. 20 minutes go by. I ask them again. They tell me again "oh its in the oven, we are waiting on 1 more pizza". Finally after 45 minutes after my pizzas should have been done, I get my order. 1 pizza was cold, had to reheat it when I got home. The main reason I'm leaving 1 star is that they lied. Marcos Pizza has the best pizza of any franchise operation in Midwest city! It's a little pricy, but worth it. Everything we order the food is consistently good. The original crust is one of the best The ingredients are high quality and the cheese is outstanding. You can pay more and get pizza of similar quality and you can pay less and get much worse. This pizza is terrible. The cheese seems like imitation cheese; it tastes fake, it looks fake, and slides off the pizza like a sheet. The toppings aren't great. The sauce has a sweet and metallic taste. It's not at all worth the price. I was very disappointed. I suggest ordering Domino's if you want good pizza at a similar price. Marco's is the equivalent of a Little Caesar's Hot 'N' Ready pizza or a frozen pizza, with the price of Domino's. I am in fact convinced that they do not use fresh ingredients. Horrible service. We ordered 15 pizzas and got ripped off paying $13.00 a pizza. $13 for a one topping pizza and $17 each for the others. No discount for 15 pizzas but we were charged more than the coupons they gave us. Ruined our day for sure. We even called back after the sticker shock but no offer to help. Pizza was burnt too. Gave us a whopping 5 packs for cheese and pepper flakes. Never ordering Marcos again. Too many other pizza places to choose from. read more
